Jade at trendz is great i showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she did an amazing job with a full head of foils. She was informative and helpful. Normally my hair feels brittle after bleach but it still feels as healthy as it did before. Will be going back again

I wasn't given a pallette to choose my hair colour from or a choice of top/bottom foil highlights and the colour that was applied on my hair doesn't at all justify what I asked for. Very incompetent ...

Would advise people to spend the extra money and go somewhere decent as the quality of service here is shocking. Got my hair done for my birthday and wasn't shown the back of my head, they let me leav...
Would advise people to spend the extra money and go somewhere decent as the quality of service here is shocking. Got my hair done for my birthday and wasn't shown the back of my head, they let me leave looking like an absolute idiot I actually cried when I got home and had to beg another salon to fix it for me (costing another £65) so I could celebrate my birthday that evening. Staff even made a joke as I left saying "that has blended in so well". I went back to complain and it took 2 weeks of me pestering for a refund to be told they would only offer a partial refund of less than 50% of what I paid. Avoid!

Room is not private it's a kitchen in the salon where the stylist are in and out, very personal waxing (Hollywood) and people walking in and out of the room at will. There is a curtain but who wants to hear men and women talking then someone from the cinema next door just walking in to speak to the person waxing. The young girl who did the waxing was lovely, but I have lots of patches of long hair left on my Hollywood and legs. I did ask her a few times to remove large patches that she had left but gavery up in the end. Also I was burned by the wax so left with scabby bots of skin and hair when I was going on holiday two days later.

Loved whole experience yday, had lovely appointment with Mouna. Was pleasant and eyelashes looked super! I had semi permanent lashes done with a groupon voucher. Today I've woke up after only 14 hours...
Loved whole experience yday, had lovely appointment with Mouna. Was pleasant and eyelashes looked super! I had semi permanent lashes done with a groupon voucher. Today I've woke up after only 14 hours of application and most of that sleeping, to two big bits of lashes coming off all together with the glue. Totally disappointed I have my hen party Saturday and got an eye that's got no lashes on half its eyelid. --------- After getting in touch with Mouna. She offered to do a full new set the next day squeezing me in before my hen party! Very happy customer and brilliant customer service. Think it was just my luck as never has that happened before when I've had semi permanent eyelashes.

Would advise people to spend the extra money and go somewhere decent as the quality of service here is shocking. Got my hair done for my birthday and wasn't shown the back of my head, they let me leave looking like an absolute idiot I actually cried when I got home and had to beg another salon to fix it for me (costing another £65) so I could celebrate my birthday that evening. Staff even made a joke as I left saying "that has blended in so well". Room is not private it's a kitchen in the salon where the stylist are in and out, very personal waxing (Hollywood) and people walking in and out of the room at will. There is a curtain but who wants to hear men and women talking then someone from the cinema next door just walking in to speak to the person waxing. The young girl who did the waxing was lovely, but I have lots of patches of long hair left on my Hollywood and legs. I did ask her a few times to remove large patches that she had left but gavery up in the end. Also I was burned by the wax so left with scabby bots of skin and hair when I was going on holiday two days later.

Loved whole experience yday, had lovely appointment with Mouna. Was pleasant and eyelashes looked super! I had semi permanent lashes done with a groupon voucher. Today I've woke up after only 14 hours of application and most of that sleeping, to two big bits of lashes coming off all together with the glue. Totally disappointed I have my hen party Saturday and got an eye that's got no lashes on half its eyelid. --------- After getting in touch with Mouna. She offered to do a full new set the next day squeezing me in before my hen party! Very happy customer and brilliant customer service. Think it was just my luck as never has that happened before when I've had semi permanent eyelashes.
