I love The Nail Spa! Always so professional and always a relaxing experience! I've never been disappointed! I've gotten both gel manicures and pedicures. My gel manicures have lasted 4+ weeks, only had to get them done again because my nails had grown too long, the gel was still perfect though! First time here it was the worst experience ever a guy did my nails he did a horrible horrible job I guess he couldn't see very well I'm not sure but it was just a really bad experience and bumps all over my nails it was bad then the owner comes to see them and she tells me it looked beautiful very good job when you were able to noticed it was pretty bad so she charged me $48 and I decide to tip them seven dollars because it was a really bad job then she's like OK thank you ...but she looked at my seven dollars like really just seven dollars so I'm getting ready to get in the car she comes following me telling me she forgot to charge me five dollars and I was like OK so I give her the five dollars my nails were so bad that I went to another nail salon which they did avery very good job they did fix my nails he did an awesome job and the place was clean it was just much better I would not recommend you guys to go here is just bad and then another thing is the language part I understand that he couldn't understand me as well but come on you can tell when you do A bad job it was my first time there and they did the nastiest thing ever like I said my nails were crooked oh plus if you want longer nails they charge you five dollars if you want a certain shape they charge you$5 extra everything you ask for is $5 dollars extra so end of story I ended up paying $60 plus $50 to get them fix I feel bad because the guy was very nice but he does a very bad job they did my 3 year olds nails and let me tell you they % better than mine and like I said is the firs ail place that you come out paying $100 for a set of gel nails oh and before I forget I asked for a manicure and she said I do only cuticles it's cheaper like really?? I was there for 2 hours and other people were coming in and out they were in a hurry and they did there nails much better than mine so I ended up with very short nails which I hate short nails that's the reason I use fake to have them long so disappointed See more Read Less

I love The Nail Spa! I have been getting my nails done here for years and have always had a great experience. Even when I moved out of Carmel, I would drive the 30 minutes to The Nail Spa because I love going there. I have always had the nicest manicurists and even through an ownership change, I have always had great customer service. If there has ever been an issue with my nails, they are sure to fix it. When I got married I knew it was the place to bring my bridesmaids to get our nails done. We did have a bit of excitement that day with a car catching fire further down in the strip mall and being evacuated. But at the end of the day, they fixed everyone's nails and they all looked great!Read Less

Beautiful Nail Spa! Don't let the exterior strip mall fool you or road construction detour you. The ladies are very friendly, Angela provided great service. I was very happy with my new nails and pedi! Make an appointment if you're on a tight schedule; they're busy, which shows you that they're GOOD!!
