Customer service is horrible and my nails look a mess but I was in a rush and had to get to work so I returned today from Nails I got done Saturday already lifting and with huge humps and bumps. If I allowed the same person who messed my nails up at first to do my nails over then there's no charge but to go to someone else that knows what they're doing possibly and you going to charge me no no deal. I went to frisco nails few days before my holiday early feb had them done by a man, had my holiday, three had broken, this time it was a vietnamese lady and first she toLokthem to short, i thought this would be a backfill ( like acrylic) now she charged me 30 pounds i had a shock, normally back fill 16 pounds. Had my nails done by Donna. She was not friendly, made my left hand nails longer then my right. Had to file my nails when I got home and my left thumb was pink and the color I chose was a silver glitter. This is my first and last time going there. The other ladies may be great but not her. Really lovely polite service! I'm a therapist myself and it's very difficult to find an environment where you feel comfortable and have great service too. As a therapist you find yourself quite picky even when you try not to be. Although it's a nail salon, it's a nail salon with a calming environment with a warm, family, welcoming atmosphere.
