Terrible! Rude Staff With Poor Knowledge! The treatment did not work (but that is not why I am giving them 1 star). They get that because their lack of knowledge caused pain when there was no need. We complained and the owner ignored our complaints. The Manager was rude to us and asked us to leave part way through a procedure. A truly shameful place where we will never return - even though they owe us money!

Have had two black head removals so far and can't wait to go back again for another! My skin feels so clean afterwards and it's a great kick start into helping improve my skin. My first facial was performed by Alex Morris and my second one was with Lauren Burden, both were so friendly and made me feel comfortable! Can't wait to go back for more :)

Had the dermaplaning treatment here a few days ago and am so happy with the results! The girls are all so welcoming and the clinic is immaculate! Alex was lovely and explained the treatment and benefits thoroughly, and I left with incredibly smooth skin! Would definitely recommend xx

I wish i knew earlier how bad this establishment was.
If i were you i would AVOID this place.
Had corrective surgery done on my face to remove scars for acne etc.
Few days down the line my whole face got infected red and oozing, but the amateurs said it was normal when I called them back.
Decided to go to the doctors who said I have a serious infection and had to be admitted to hospital for a week.
Please people if your reading this avoid this place spoke to the so called manager "Jodie" who is a amateur in my opinion and has a tantrum if you try to say she has done something wrong so immature, will grow up you arrogant women.
Anyways I am reporting her to trading standards and advise anyone else who has had a infection or been affected in anyway to do the same.
If you never been go elsewhere is my advise unhygienic establisment made my life hell for months.
Just happy I got to the doctors in time.

I came to The Grove for the first time on the weekend and really enjoyed the experience. The clinic is spotless and beautifully decorated, and all of the staff were so welcoming and friendly. My therapist was very knowledgable and able to talk about her own experiences of having the facial I was about to receive. My skin felt amazing afterwards! I will definitely be back in the future and am looking forward to trying the range of different treatment options available.

Terrible! Rude Staff With Poor Knowledge! The treatment did not work (but that is not why I am giving them 1 star). They get that because their lack of knowledge caused pain when there was no need. I wish i knew earlier how bad this establishment was.
If i were you i would AVOID this place.
Had corrective surgery done on my face to remove scars for acne etc.
