honestly wish i could give 0 stars. absolutely appalling job done. two of my nails have fallen off within a week. i went to bridgend nails to then replace them as swansea is too far to travel and they backed me up with how terrible the quality was. cost me £40, baring in mind my regular salon only charge £30 and always do an amazing job! Staff were ridiculously rude, were on their phones and gossiping to one another at the same time.. feel so disappointed and ripped off.. will NEVER return to this salon and hope no one makes the same mistake i did!! Disgusting service, please don't waste your money , my nails were different lengths , they were unprofessionally applied in way to many ways to detail all the flaws here , it would take a full page , Apart from the nail application, the staff were rude constantly gossiping to one another /on their mobile phones, The staff spoke very poor English and I felt like they were doing me a favour, they had no clear understanding of what I wanted which was frustrating. I felt totally ripped off the nails were so disappointing, and were very expensive compared to my usual salon, that I'm always happy with , but was unable to get to on this occasion, Avoid this salon like the plague, and no I do not know them personally, and had never used them before! I am absolutely horrified at the nails at this place I normally have my nails done in sketty nails and as I was going on holiday I was rushing and had my nails done here and it was a very unprofessional job my mum had a college student with no experience doing here nails and my acrylics are already chipped and the nail varnish is coming off and I have them for one week worst nails ever! I wish I could give -5 for the unprofessional, amateur work that was done and when on complaint I informed them I would not pay the full price of £33 for the terrible job I was locked in the shop by the very rude members of staff. If I had not had my young daughter with me I would have taken this a lot further!! I will never be returning to this salon EVER, and I advise anyone who wants a professional job with French manicured acrylics to not go there. If yr not happy with their work, they will lock u in their shop until u pay for the mess they've made. I wish it hadn't been my little girls 1st experience of a nail salon because otherwise the police would have been called and I'd be prosecuting for false imprisonment. It was meant to be an enjoyable treat for my daughter and myself and it turned out to be the most horrible experience I've ever had at any salon in 20 yrs of having my nails done. Overpriced, bad quality and rude service. I had shellac removed for £10. I've only ever paid £5 but I was in a hurry and there was nowhere else. He soaked my fingers in acetone, which was awful. He did a very basic file. I actually had to ask for moisturiser for my fingers which the acetone had left dry and uncomfortable. In the end I still had a few spots of colour I had to scratch off myself AND he didn't even file my nails evenly. When I was unhappy he was rude and condescending. Avoid at all costs!!! Read Less
