BOTCHED EYEBROWS. CRYING CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR BROWS. I booked over the phone to have my eyebrows done with a lovely lady called Jess who does an amazing job every time I book in with her. When I arrived I wasn't given Jess and I was reluctant to allow a different lady to wax and tint my eyebrows but I trusted her as I've never had a bad experience in the salon. HOW WRONG WAS I TO DO THAT. My eyebrows were finally on the full side with a soft arch after 3 years of growing them out gradually and now I'm back to square one. Thin,short and highly arched eyebrows are not what I expect as the natural shape of my eyebrow has completely been changed without any logical reason to do so. I AM DEVESTATED. I had finally grown my eyebrows out and I finally had the eyebrows I've always hoped for but now there's a complete mess on my face. My eyebrows take months and months to grow out completely and now everything is completely ruined. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read Less

This salon has it all under one roof, I have had my nails done since it first opened by Lucy and Tara and I have been delighted every time, Lucy came to my home to do my make-up for myself and my daughter on my wedding day April 2014 and it was amazing, all the staff are lovely and the new look salon is a credit to Lucy who has worked hard to make it what it is today a great place to be and relax in a lovely atmosphere. I used irresistible beauty for my wedding day on the 13th december 2014, First having my nails done by the lovely hayley godden that did a lovely job on my awfully bitten nails! I had 4 diamanté s on my ring fingers and also and pearl, very delicate and nd tasteful :) thankyou hayley xxx I also don't like having my makeup done by someone else but decided to give it a go for my wedding.. i booked late with Lucy ( only 3 weeks til the big day) so we booked a trail run.. and it ...went so well! I loved it straight away, Lucy guided me and listened to what I liked or didn't like. I was chuffed :) .. I also had semi permanent Eyelashes put in a week in advance.. but due to my poor makeup removal skills.. Some of the lashes didn't stick too well. Lucy was completely fine with this and just added more the night before no questions asked. We enjoyed your company Lucy and thankyou so much for everything you did on my day.
