I can recommend any of the treatments especially the stone massage and facial by Ellie K!! Wow she’s has fantastic hands. The room is comfortable with a heated couch and subtle background music. I requested a firm massage and found it to be therapeutic as it eased the knots in my shoulders. The facial and head massage were a perfect ending to the session. Highly recommended!! I just had my xmas pamper package done and omg i loved it. Had my manicure first and then the most amazing back scrub, then back neck and shoulder massage and facial done with Eli. so professional and relaxing. I held my daughters birthday here. It was a lovely stress free party. The girls loved getting their nails done and having a facial. I booked an appointment with Sarah for my hair a week before my wedding. Sarah did an absolutely fantastic job of my hair, a new style, which has received me many head turns. Not only this, on the day of my wedding, I had my hair booked with Sarah, yet my morning appointment was booked with another Salon, who failed to open up or be contacted at the time of the pre-booked appointment. Needless to say this wasn’t ideal, yet Sarah stepped in, and organised both nails and feet t...o be manicured and pedicured by Alexa Elegance. We arrived, and our morning was transformed into an ‘oh my gosh, that damn nail salon’ to a blissfully handled operation. Cheryl at Alexa Elegance is kind, calm, chatty, and professional. Me and my ladies who accompanied were immediately put to ease, given Teas, coffees and pressecco with strawberry’s in. Three ladies snapped into action, and manicured, pedicured and curled hair all at the same time. I felt relaxed, calm, and taken care of. No quality was spared despite the loss in time. I've really enjoyed my visits here . I've found the staff to be friendly and chatty and keen to accommodate. My first trip was for a friend and I to have a pedicure at the same time which required extra staff and space. They were great and made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Had the kids pamper party for my daughter’s 10th birthday in Elexa elegance and it was fantastic!Cheryl was very nice from the first time I spoke to her, through the planning until the party. Visited the Salon whilst on a trip to Swansea. Team there are amazing and couldn't make you feel more relaxed and welcomed if they tried. Salon is very spacious and inviting with lots of different treatments available. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone if they were in the area. I've lost count now the number of manicures I've had there and you can see mine and everyone's results in pics on their Facebook. Love the colours on offer especially the 'magic manicure'. Each one of my manicures has kept perfect for weeks. Cheryl, the owner, is such a lovely caring person and a professional to the end.
