Terrible experience soaked my nails off they were curling, then used a nail file to get rest of polish off my nails are now soft and painful will not be going back or recommending this place

Absolutely amazing! The girl who waxed me and was so lovely. Really quick as well! But did such a good job. Don't think I'll go anywhere else in Swansea

Poor quality of work by girls, no personal care, too much chatting and not enough attention to customer care. I had my nails done for the wedding and almost cried after seeing the result, no attention...
Poor quality of work by girls, no personal care, too much chatting and not enough attention to customer care. I had my nails done for the wedding and almost cried after seeing the result, no attention to detail. The hair and bubbles were left under the gel nails. Same goes for eye care. The poor girls are rushing around doing multiple people at the same time and the result is poor. Also the place needs cleaning desperately. The salon has a convenient location but needs improvements in customer care and cleanliness.

When I entered the Salon it was quiet and remained that way whilst I was there.
The young girl who was assigned to remove the acrylic from my nails, was new and took her nearly an 1hr 20mins.

When I entered the Salon it was quiet and remained that way whilst I was there.
The young girl who was assigned to remove the acrylic from my nails, was new and took her nearly an 1hr 20mins.
My gripe isn’t with the new girl, but with her 2 colleagues who saw fit to do each other’s nails whilst the girl struggled to take off the acrylic. She had little to no assistance from the other 2 as they were too busy indulging each other with a gel polish.
The time it took to remove the acrylic, one of the more experience girls could have buffed the gel off my nails, done the acrylic overlay and finished off with a gel polish which is what I initially asked for, but changed my mind as it took the girl too long just to buff 3 nails.

It's certainly not somewhere to go if you want to relax and be pampered. The dance music they bang out is so loud everyone has to shout.
Also, who wants to listen to two therapists being nasty abo...

The receptionist was so unhelpful I couldn't even book an appointment in the end. They don't offer all the treatments listed on the website, they don't open during the opening hours listed on the webs...
