Cannot recommend this place enough. Genuinely the best customer service I have received in my life. Staff were so warm and friendly which for someone with social anxiety makes it far easier to relax and enjoy the experience more. I cannot rave about this place more. My second visit today this time for my first acrylics. Kat was so friendly and professional. All the girls and clients were chatting away with each other, such a laidback, friendly atmosphere. Kat then did my brows at half the price I usually pay elsewhere. Just been here for some waxing with my sister. We had to take out 2 young children with us. The girls were amazing, they were all dressed up for Halloween and the salon was decorated too! Such a lovely welcome and great job on the waxing at very competitive prices. We were treated to a glass of bubbly and delicious treats for the kids too. The girls even entertained the kids with colouring etc.,.whilst we had our treatments. As we were leaving we were told to pick a prize from the pumpkin and therefore I also left with a Fakebake Bronzer!!!! I Won the competition for semi permanent eyelashes for me and my friend! We went on Friday and got them done on Friday! It was so relaxing the girls were so lovely! I have definitely found my new group of very talented girls!! I get my nails done constantly and for the past year haven't had a 'usual' place due to sets I have never really loved or stayed on or didn't ruin my nails.
