Ms. Cindy Pham and her husband did an amazing job here! The staff immediately greeted me and offered me drinks as soon as I walked in. They even helped me pick my colors and my nails look fabulous! Great place! I've been going here for about 3 years and the staff is wonderful. My nail tech, Tonya, is the greatest. I usually take a pic of the nail design I want and she never disappoints me. I always get compliments on my nails. Kudos to Tonya! Read Less

Got my nails done today & I have to say it's the best French polish I've ever had from the lovely talented Debbie, she took the time & patience to make sure that my nails look very natural & they don't have that false look... Walked in for a quick appointment as I work directly across the road, girl Fiona did my nails had great chat and I walked out happy. Only for me three weeks later to go and get the issue of a nail having fallen off! There I was told I had a fungal nail infection, I have been to doctors and spoken to other nail technicians who are all in agreement that this is caused by unsanitary products. No responsibility was taken and the conversations between me and the owner was over her... factiming a member of her staff! They sanitised their products I was told, but the nail file and drill could not have been sanitised prior to me being there, they claimed I had tips on from a previous place which was a lie, I had an overlay which was taken right back so would have been seen if I had already had it. Also claimed it takes 8-10 weeks so again blamed a previous salon that in fact I have used for 15 years and never had a problem. The doctor said it can take as little as 7 days to occur. I now cannot have my nails done for 6 months and maybe as much as a year! Totally disgusted and even tho there are plenty of 5 star ratings I may have just been the unlucky one but I would never put myself at risk by going into this salon again! And every person that sees this and takes my advice may save themselves the trauma of this happening to them! Highly recommend to anybody who loves getting their nails done!! I'm in absolute love with mine Thankyou to Sophie!! Sophie and the other girl(can't remember her name sorry) were lovely, spoke away from the moment I went in the door just how it should be in a salon! The girls even went out their way to go out and buy the stuff in because I sent a picture of how I wanted my nails to look, barring in mind I only sent the picture last night and the girls were out this morning buying the products, absolute amazing service and I will definitely be back!! Got my nails done here today by the lovely Sophie. The place is beautiful and the staff were lovely (with brilliant patter ). Will definitely be back! Only one small criticism regarding the shops manager who I found was slightly rude to 2 members of staff as she wasn't too pleased that the bins were a little too full. I totally appreciate that you want your shop to look tidy and professional (which it does btw), but a) the bin was only full as it being used by the girls as they were working, it was behind their desk totally out of my sight and I didn't even notice until you pointed it out and b) you should have took them aside and asked them politely to empty it as I felt you embarrassed them in front of me as a customer.
