Terrible service. Told to sit down, "won't be long". Waited 35 minutes. Finally sat down for a manicure and the beautician totally ignored me; carrying on a conversation over my shoulder while occasionally glancing at my hands as she worked. Paid so little attention she badly tore the skin on my finger and had a lot of trouble getting it to stop bleeding. Another finger is also stinging today although she didn't draw blood there. After it was finished I handed over £10: the price advertised for a manicure, and was told there was an extra £2 cost for nail polish. I've never heard of a manicure without polish So felt cheated by that, too. Read Less
