Would recommend the quality of the hairdressing but when you have waited 6 weeks for your appointment to be told your hairdresser is off sick and re-booked in with someone else then on the day get a phone call to re-schedule as that person is also off sick is just taking the 'mickey'. Not a good cut at all. Clearly did not look at the picture or listen at all. Instead of having a few inches of hair at the back of the head there is 1cm. Totally unacceptable as now feel can’t leave the house. Didn’t understand hair texture, curly hair does not work like that. It can’t be that short. All it would have taken is listening to your client a little longer, and taking more than one glance at a picture and assuming the rest. Will not be returning. Ever. Read Less

Hair dresser didnt listen to what I asked for, cut it way too short and the layers were different lengths on both sides. There is a step in the layers too, but because it's too short already I'm going to have to wait before I can get it sorted. :( The worst hair cut in a very long time. Read Less

I have not stopped smiling for a whole day after having a new colour and style with Steph. My hair is fab and the whole experience from start to finish was really really great. I was so well looked after and treated respectfully - goodness knows how many drinks I was offered whilst I was there. I am now a big fan and will definately be returning.
