I used to like going to this salon, but the past couple of times I've been, I've been sorely disappointed. I went earlier this week with my sister for for mani/pedi appointments, we were uncomfortable the minute I walked in. After a minute of trying to decide on a color,the employees were standing by the pedicure chairs gesturing toward the chairs and told us "here". We explained we were still trying to choose our color. They preceded to gawk at us. So uncomfortable! After ...we sat down and choose what type of pedicure we wanted, I explained that I wanted an acrylic nail on my great toe (I've had one before and liked it) but the lady argued with me and to the point where I told her: "forget it about it, I'll get it another time." We felt rushed about choosing our color, so while getting the pedi we asked the nail technician to see if they had a pastel purple we could tell she was getting frustrated with us and the session just seemed very rushed and short. We preceded to moved on to the manicure station where I was having my nails done while my sister sat next to me with no tech to work on her mani. That's when she realized they left some edges on her toenails unattended to. I spoke up on her behalf and explained to the male nail tech that she wanted it fixed. He started grabbing supplies and moving around as if we were inconveniencing him. The male tech doing our nails was more polite, however due to staffing, he rushed through both of our manicures. My sister and I each got a full set. The tech had no problem fulfilling our requests. However, when he told us we were good to go, our nails looked like they were done a week ago due to the gap of our real nail bed between the acrylic nail bed and our cuticle. Maybe we should've left the minute we felt uncomfortable, or when the tech talked me out of getting what I want. Especially when we each payed $58-$64 plus tip..... not to mention the nail technicians drinking the wine from the fridge they keep in the lobby. It is a shame how the place looks now, I was getting my nails done on a regular basis here years ago and after visiting recently, I don't be going back. It is now very shabby and needs a good clean up and I wanted French polish sculpted squared off acrylics but was disappointed with the results and the lady although was lovely to me she was a bit rough so I came away with sore fingers. Complete waste of time and money, was there Friday afternoon, the guy was more concerned with their credit card machine being down then completing my mani/pedi. But I could live with that, however the gel polish manicure I paid $28 for is gone, completely peeled off in 3 days, again complete waste of money Read Less

My first pedicure and i am extremely glad it was here. Great decor, great staff, great atmosphere. As 5 star as i need it to be. The colour selection was quite abundant and the application was extremwly precise. Extremely hapy with my acrylic nail set as well. This is now my nail place. Read Less
