As much as I love the girls at Akira after my last set of nails that lasted half a day, I was told to go back and get some done for free, I didn't want to but I went along and too be honest although the girls are lovely the nails were big clumpy and far too small for the length I like. Read Less

Not very happy with the results of my mums lashes that were done the other week... after 2 days of having her "semi permanent" lashes done they were falling out and hurting her for about 3/4 days! So disappointing to see her waste £40 on them, as even when they were done they were very untidy and some of the lashes didn't even touch the hairs they were resting on her eye lid...! This was my first visit to Akira and I just had the most amazing Comfort Zone facial done by Laura! It is by far the best facial I have ever had and well worth the money. I couldn't fault anything. The room in the salon was lovely, Laura was friendly and made me feel really relaxed. The facial also came with a hand and arm massage and also a scalp massage while I had my face masks on. My skin feels amazing and I really felt like it was worth every penny as she used so many cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising products that really suited my skin. I cannot recommend the treatment enough and will be returning for a back, neck and shoulder massage in a few weeks time. Read Less
