Worst nail salon I have ever been to! Today a 'trainee' I'm guessing he was glued the tips to my skin instead of my nails. And with no explanation the guy swapped with another guy who came and started just pulling these tips of my skin and made me bleed! He then redid my nails himself which I had to ask him to remove in the end as they where all different lengths and one was a ski slope! I could fit a nail between the false nail and my own. He soaked them off and went to star...t again. Sorry but after 2 full attempts and 2.5 hours of sat in your shop my hands where so damn painful! I couldn't get out quick enough. I have pictures of the state of my hand if anyone would like to see! Not even an apology off any of the staff or a mere discount to try and get me to return. I went to pink yesterday for my nails, after a few hours I noticed two of them were coming away. I messaged yesterday and was asked to come back today to be fixed. I have been here twice now and both times the service was excellent, my nails had lasted me 4 weeks and probably would have lasted longer only they needed infills, and for me that is really good, I was getting my nails done every 2 weeks previously!! I have been going to pink since it opened, 10/10 every single time. I have shellac removed an re applied every 4 weeks, not once do they chip or feel weak, they are in excellent condition. I'm shocked as to how many times I've been in that salon and encountered such rude and abrupt customers, I feel truly sorry for the staff. Read Less

Went in to have acrylics taken off to give my nails a rest from acrylic. The price list said £5 i was charged 10, after having my nails soaking in warm acetone for Forty five minutes my nails where butcherd by three different men, with appalling manners. I went home very upset and a week later my nails are in a terrible state and my fingers are still very sore.I will never ever go again, please don't go unless you are hard as nails and can speak Chinese. Have had my gel nails done here since it opened, always been satisfied until Monday, everything fine but lady who did my nails said price had gone up to £30 that's a £10 increase SHOCKING Was I charged the correct price? Never had a problem getting my nails done here until today. Two of the men I found were very rude. My 2 year old had her nails done as its her birthday today and the man who losing his patience with her, she moved once, other than that she was absolutely amazing sat there. As for the man doing my nails he kept huffing and hasn't done a good job with my nails, they're supposed to be curved but they're wonky. And when he put my hand under the dryer my thumb got smudged and he told ME to be careful when HE moved my hand. He then removed the polish from my thumbs very harshly and applied the nail varnish again. Not at all comfortable in there today. Read Less
