The colour I chose completely did not match the colour on the chart, when I pointed this out to the staff they told me the chart had faded because it was old. We asked if they could lighten up the colour in any way (I had asked for a dusty mid blue and have ended up with bright electric blue nails), they told me there was nothing they could do and the colour might lighten in the sun? They then proceeded to charge me full price plus £5 to remove my old gel, you’d have think they’d have waived that fee as an apology! Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t go back.

Beautiful nails done, however made an appointment and had to wait for some time before they were ready. Not normal for them, so just a busy day I think.

Called in today for the first time....Excellent and Friendly Staff who actually chat to you ....suggest colours for you ...definitely will be making this my regular nail bar....

Always get my nails done here must have been at least 30 times absolutely brilliant none have ever fallen off I've always had to take them off myslef x

NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN! After having the gel dip nails which came off after a week, I then returned back for infills which I had booked to have due to the busy Christmas period and having no other...
NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN! After having the gel dip nails which came off after a week, I then returned back for infills which I had booked to have due to the busy Christmas period and having no other time to have my nails done. After buffing my remaining nails off she told me it would be better to have a new set and have the rest removed, when it was too late to decide I would have just kept the remaining nails on. I didn't have enough money to have them removed and a new set so I said I'd pull off the remaining nails myself and have a new set. She then prioritised other customers me even though I had an appointment for half 3 and it was now HALF 4 with them being so behind. Disgusting customer service and stupidly high prices for quality that only lasts a week. Definelty wouldn't recommend again.

Lovely staff and always chatty. Amazing at what they do and cant fault them at all never had one bad set of nails from here. Love them every time. They make you feel so welcome when your there as well...

The colour I chose completely did not match the colour on the chart, when I pointed this out to the staff they told me the chart had faded because it was old. We asked if they could lighten up the colour in any way (I had asked for a dusty mid blue and have ended up with bright electric blue nails), they told me there was nothing they could do and the colour might lighten in the sun?
