I've been coming here for over a year and last month decided it would be my last visit. Despite booking an appointment, I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen. "Walk-ins" were taken before me. This has happened the last 5 times I have made an appointment but last month was the worst experience to date. No apology was offered, there are always ladies waiting to be seen so I suppose they don't care if you walk out. Have you noticed they do not have an appointment book at the desk so what is the point in making an appointment??? I sat between two other ladies who had the same complaint. You are treated no differently to those who walk in ad hoc. Last month, my nails were done by four different people., it was like musical chairs. One "technician" actually made two of my cuticles bleed, again, no apology. I was in for a total of 2 hours 10 minutes and left feeling less than chilled. I visit the salon every 3-4 weeks but apparently customer loyalty is not a priority to the owner. Also, the owner of this salon needs to be aware that some customers may be able to interpret what the Vietnamese staff are saying to one another. It is a little disappointing that the staff make minimal effort to speak English when they are both living and working in the UK but apparently "that's life". That said, I have a friend who traveled in Vietnam for 18 months and she was so horrified at the rude comments they were making to one another about the customers that she refused to go back. Have been visiting this salon for a couple of years now and have always been pleased with the consistently good results. Staff are friendly and helpful and have a good range of polishes and colours. Recommend! Read Less

All i can describe it as is a cattle market for nails. Very rushed and the 'technicians' either don't speak English or just don't want to talk to you. I had a full set costing £25 but a week later the nails were starting to cause problems. I tried everything including soaking them to remove them. Cut a long story short when they finally came off it took all my natural nail with it leaving very painful and bloodied fingers. I will never ever go back. Read Less

Horrendous! Booked an appt for shellac, had to wait over 1/2 hour, finished colours were nothing like shown and two of my cuticles were cut. Went to have the "shellac" removed today and it took over an hour as it was actually buff off polish. I can't put anything on my nails except for cuticle oil for 2 weeks. The professional who took this concrete off my nails said never to trust anywhere where the staff where masks and I certainly won't ever again. Horrendous place. Read Less

Wonderful job! I have my Shellac done every 2 weeks, i wouldn't need it redoing that much if my nails didn't grow so quickly! Very long lasting! The staff are all friendly and offer refreshments. Highly recommended! Read Less
