Was staying in Chester and wanted gel polish removed so called in here. Big mistake. Never had treatment before which involved putting my finger tips into hot acetone. Removed the polish super fast but three months on my nails are wrecked. There is a visible line where the nail is growing out and they are discoloured and breaking. I have always had good strong nails but this treatment has ruined them. Stick to a proper salon where they don't damage your nails and treat you with care.

The first time I got them done they were beautiful. But the length was too long and one snapped off. It cost me three pound to get fixed which isn't too bad. The second time I got them done they were great lasted ages really lovely. Third time lovely nails but 2 snapped off after a week. So they replaced them for free which I was so happy about. Forth time good lasted a long time but there are a few bubbles in the nails which I'm not very happy about but at least they haven't snapped off. So over all it's a good. I still go there because the staff are understanding and lovely x

Very happy. Bit apprehensive when I saw the dremel come out but it was very gentle and achieved the same as hand-filing. The man who did my nails was very good and we chatted and laughed although his English was head and shoulders above the rest of the staff's from what I could tell. His attention to detail was incredible even through chatting. I was well chuffed it cost me just £30 for full set of acrylics with gel polish as I've paid £55 for the same service at another salon on Vicars Cross (they peeled off the next day but that's another story). Had to wait as I dropped in which was to be expected but once started it took him 1hr which is more than acceptable as the end product was literally perfect and I'm extremely fussy.

Ladies, do not go there! This so called salon equals minus 10 in customer service. I paid £40 for eyelash extensions, only to find visible, huge blobs of glue in my eyes the next day. When I went to ask them to remove the eyelashes, they said ' "I no understand what you say, they beautiful, what you talk about? Anyway glue too strong to take them out" Also they said something in Chinese and whole salon laughed at me.They are Asian but they sure know the language of money in any language.

I have been here 6 or 7 time, cost me 52 in less than a month and they need doing again after a week. Hardly understand english and try to over charge you will not be going there again and wouldn't re...

Was staying in Chester and wanted gel polish removed so called in here. Big mistake. Never had treatment before which involved putting my finger tips into hot acetone. Removed the polish super fast but three months on my nails are wrecked. There is a visible line where the nail is growing out and they are discoloured and breaking. I have always had good strong nails but this treatment has ruined them. Stick to a proper salon where they don't damage your nails and treat you with care.
