Worst service . Had shellac done and nail varnish started to drop off after 2 days. Came back asked to be redone they did so for free . Alast 2 days later 3 came off again. Wanted to let them know they must be using an old varnish . They tried to CHARGE me for having them redo when they did a terribly job to start with. I had my nails done a few months back when on holiday and they used shellac nail polish and I loved it, so I came here to get my nails done for a wedding, I asked for shellac, I was confused at first when the process was completely different than last time but let them carry on. Shellac doesn't chip however 2 days later and my nails are already chipping so whatever they used it wasn't shellac. Won't be going there ever again waste of money, also one of the nail artist's was on FaceTime whilst she was with another customer, very rude.Read Less

Have been here a few times but last visit very disappointing. Usually have a male technician but he was busy so the girl did my nails, left without glitter i had asked for when i reminded her i was snapped at and she wanted to charge me extra for it even though it was her mistake. On closer inspection there are gaps where the acrylic should be and the nail varnish is streaky. She was more interested in her phone than her customers. Wont be going there again Read Less

THE worst acrylic manicure I have ever received. I asked for an acrylic manicure with gel nail polish and only got a normal nail polish but was charged for gels anyway. Then, when I went back to complain, they pretended not to speak English even though I heard them talking perfect English when I was getting my nails done. They then told me that a gel acrylic manicure would cost me £40 but I've never paid that much in my life. I never usually complain but this place was a joke. I am very upset. Read Less
