Very poor quality for £28. I expected much better. Definitely won’t be going back here. They rushed my nails which started flaking off after 2 days. They seem rude to the average English woman but that is the Chinese culture and is not on purpose. The 1 star is purely based on poor quality product and relatively high price. Read Less

had nails done today and very impressed with the service was quick and efficient love the shape. I had the coffin shape which most other salons seems hard to get as they always come out square shaped. will definitely be going back to the salon for infill in the future. Read Less

I went back in February for my birthday, thought i would give them a try because Nailista across the street were fully booked. Pros: the woman did the service straight away and it was quick, about 45 mins. my nails lasted very long and looked great (they were my first set, which helps them stay longer because your natural nails are stronger) Cons: call me whiny, but there was a lack of conversation, i tried to talk twice and she answered but made no effort to carry on the conversation like i would expect with paying £27 for french tip acrylics. however the employees were talking to each other in their own language a lot. one male employee was at the back of the salon on facetime being quite loud while waiting for his clients nails to dry... needless to say me and the other clients were exchanging looks and making our own conversation at this point! i would go back again because the nails were good quality, but to be honest, as a last resort, simply cause i can get better service (eg. conversation and professionalism) for the same price and same quality nails. Both my daughter and my self have been to LA Nails quite a feed times over the years but sadly to say yesterday will be the last time. Service is very poor, staff are extreamly RUDE and every time you ask for something they ask for extra money. Filed my nails until they physically hurt and didn't allow them to dry after painting so they scuffed and chipped very easily - Rude staff (speaking to only eachother and not their customers, how professional) and over priced for the service offered. Acrylics look decent (apart from the 2 wonky ones on my right hand) but feel as if they are lifting after only a day and my actual nails feel sore, won't be coming here again Read Less
