I went to the salon for party lashes with Sam as I was going to a wedding and wanted them for the day, Sam was really professional and made me feel really welcome in the salon, I was really impressed with my lashes as they lasted a whole week and I got so many compliments about them. They looked amazing 😀 I will definitely be returning to Sam in the future for more treatments. I also think the salon is in a great location and it’s the added benefit of not having to go in to Chester. Really worth a visit. Highly recommend.

At first I thought they were looking good, but two days later they looked like they needed redoing already! Although service was good as the lady was nice and welcoming, quality of the nails very poor...
At first I thought they were looking good, but two days later they looked like they needed redoing already! Although service was good as the lady was nice and welcoming, quality of the nails very poor especially for that price. Also, a week and a half later I lost two of the nails!

I have been going to the salon for over 12 months and the atmosphere is lovely. I always feel better after a treatment. I have my nails and eyebrows done everything 2 weeks and I am always pleased with results and get lots of lovely comments about my nails.

I've used a fair few salons in Chester and this is one of my favourites for sure. Always a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere from the girls and the amount of happy regulars speaks volumes. I regularly have waxing and nail treatments and both are always a 10/10 service :)

Wonderful experience from start to finish. My nails look amazing. Absolutely delighted and had a great afternoon with the ladies who run the salon. By the time I left, I felt like I had made great new friends with both them and their other customers. Made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. Suffice to say would highly recommend and looking forward to going back. Thank you ladies!

A great salon. Both Joy & Sam who work there make the experience friendly & enjoyable, much nicer and more sociable than other salons where you are in and out and just another number that day! My nails looked awesome & were done exactly as I asked for them to be done shape wise! I've also had a facial & massage here & felt so relaxed afterwards. Will definitely keep going back...thanks ladies!

Would put 0 stars if I could. Nails peeled off the next day and browse were waxed very thin (was not asked how I wanted them). Phoned back after to complain after lots of friends/ family's encourageme...
Would put 0 stars if I could. Nails peeled off the next day and browse were waxed very thin (was not asked how I wanted them). Phoned back after to complain after lots of friends/ family's encouragement and she threatened to sue me. I will be back for a refund or something at least! She has turned off "leave a review" on yell so my review on there has gone. I went back a few weeks after and she reluctantly gave me 40 quid.

I went to the salon for party lashes with Sam as I was going to a wedding and wanted them for the day, Sam was really professional and made me feel really welcome in the salon, I was really impressed with my lashes as they lasted a whole week and I got so many compliments about them. They looked amazing 😀 I will definitely be returning to Sam in the future for more treatments. Wonderful experience from start to finish. My nails look amazing. Absolutely delighted and had a great afternoon with the ladies who run the salon.
