I can't recommend Diva nails enough, I'm always so pleased with my nails and the girls are always so friendly and welcoming, it's a lovely experience to go and get my nails done there. They really pay attention to detail, nothing is too much trouble and they make sure you're completely happy before you leave. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Aber to get my nails done. Read Less

Very poor customer service. Thick horrible nails that lifted on the second day! From start to finish I was let down by how little care and attention the staff give to their clients. They're more interested in gossiping amongst themselves. The towel for drying hands was so filthy I didn't use it. And I felt I was rushed in and out of the salon. My natural nails were drilled down to nothing. No care or pride was taken in my nails. I was gutted after spending the day in Aber and coming to treat myself. I would give one star if I could. Went today, first time, and asked for a French Manicure. I told them that I was getting married on Tuesday - leaving for the area on Monday - and so had waited until the last possible day to get my nails done so they would be perfect. The technician assured me that so long as I treated my nails a bit more carefully than normal - i.e., using gloves to wash dishes etc - they would be fine until Tuesday / Wednesday. Six HOURS after having them done - and yes, I've washed the dishes, but that's all I've done AND I wore gloves, as advised - the white ends have chipped and come off on two of them. I feel like I could cry. The manicure cost me 18 pounds - for a little bit of white polish and a little bit of glitter - but I treated myself in view of my upcoming wedding. I now don't have time to get them 'fixed', as tomorrow is Sunday, and the nail bar is an hour from where I live. I tried to send them a photograph but they don't seem to have an email address anywhere, and I know that if I call them they'll ask me to come in - I can't, and the main point is, I shouldn't have to. Almost twenty pounds is a lot of money for a bit of nail polish, and I would at least expect them to stay chip-free for a reasonable amount of time - NOT six hours.I would NOT recommend to anyone, I would not go back, and I think the decent thing they could do is refund my money for a product I paid for that isn't actually, what I indeed paid for. After researching gel and acrylic nails the past week and seeking advice on whats the difference between each, I am disappointed to say that the whole time I was getting my nails done here and asking for gels (and paying the higher price for gels), I was in fact getting acrylics put on. As you can imagine, I'm very annoyed and feel very ripped off. Quite sad considering I have recommended this salon to many people and have always sung their praises. Read Less
