The service here is quite disappointing, I returned to the salon a fortnight after having tips, acrylic and gelish nail polish because contrary to the advice on the day that the acrylic residue which had hardened underneath the nail extension would wash off, had in fact weakened the extension, not to mention tardiness of the look of the nails.
Furthermore, returning to discuss the matter and have it corrected didn't go well either. It seems they don't want constructive criticism and the chance of repeat business!

I have been going to top nails since they opened. I have never once had a bad experience. Kim is the best and the only one that does my nails and they never break nor come off like a lot of these other nail shops in Hammond!!! Love top nails

I got my nails done just last night and when I woke up, the gel polish is bubbling up off my nails. I got swindled into paying $15 more than the price they quoted me and now this. Of course they are...
I got my nails done just last night and when I woke up, the gel polish is bubbling up off my nails. I got swindled into paying $15 more than the price they quoted me and now this. Of course they aren't open today and I leave for a cruise this afternoon. Thank you Top Nails for stressing me outfor my vacation and for lying and giving bad service. BOO!!

I have been here before and they did a great job. But my last visit was horrible. I brought in a picture of how I wanted my nails and they quickly picked the colors out for me. Once I sat down to get my nails done the lady doing them was more worried about her phone, she was checking it every 5 minutes and kept making phone calls. I noticed that one of my nails was not straight so I pointed it out to her and I was just ignored. When I went to wash my hands my friend overheard her tell a co-worker I was rude and picky. ( I paid $50 to have my nails done, I feel I could be picky for that kind of money) the lady cut one of my fingers and other things are wrong with my nails. I feel this could have been avoided if she paid attention. And I do not appreciate being talked about.

I love this spa! The staff is so friendly. Ms. Kim always picks the best nail colors. My tips and toes are always on point when I leave. Tina is my favorite technicIan and we've become great friends. I don't let anyone else touch my nails nowadays. Top Nails only for me.

Mrs. Kim is the best in hammond la. She slays my eyebrows everytime I sit in her chair. She is so funny, sweet, and she's the best with her customers! I recommend everyone to come see for theirselves.

The service here is quite disappointing, I returned to the salon a fortnight after having tips, acrylic and gelish nail polish because contrary to the advice on the day that the acrylic residue which had hardened underneath the nail extension would wash off, had in fact weakened the extension, not to mention tardiness of the look of the nails.

I have been here before and they did a great job. But my last visit was horrible. I brought in a picture of how I wanted my nails and they quickly picked the colors out for me.
