Firstly whilst people were available to do the nails, they left me waiting for half an hour. They then used an extremely sharp electric nail file to take off good quality gel nails, subsequently burning my real nail. Very poor service, the nails are poor quality, there is no care taken when doing the nails half the time they weren’t even looking when painting them. They care more about getting you in and out quick than doing a good job. Would definitely not go here again!

Absolutely brilliant. Very friendly and chatty. Very quick but end result is fantastic. The only nail salon I go to. Very much recommended

Only been there a time or two and loved it! It reminded me of some of the good 'Ol country bars back in North Carolina, that had a decent sized dance floor!

I went here for a pedicure, the staff were very quick to find me a seat and treated me like a valued customer even though it was my first visit. The woman who painted my nails was very kind and did an excellent job. She was even kind enough to plug my phone in for me when it died! The staff were all laughing and joking together which gave the place a friendly atmosphere. They were not rushed like some other places, they took their time and made me feel welcome

My rating is 0/5 but you can't actually select that!! Don't have eyelashes done here!!! I had temporary ones applied for a wedding that last about a week. When they started dropping out they were pain...
My rating is 0/5 but you can't actually select that!! Don't have eyelashes done here!!! I had temporary ones applied for a wedding that last about a week. When they started dropping out they were painful and pulling out my lashes!! This was because they'd applied them to my lashes and not my lids!! I rang and was told it was my fault as I should have come back to have them removed!! Even though I didn't know I should have asked!! So upset now have no lashes at all and another wedding in 2weeks!!

Do NOT get your eyebrows done here. One of my eyebrows was waxed shorter than the other and the other left untidy, I left and said my eyebrows looked nice at the time to be polite as I felt she was rushing me to leave so I didn't have a lot of time to inspect them, until I got home. The lady who did them clearly hasn't enough experience! I went back the next day for a refund, the lady who done them the previous day said I couldn't have one and had the audacity to offer to charge me a further £3 to make the other one shorter and similar like the previous one. This is poor service and I shall not be returning.

Great Country music venue, and the owner was very friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. Next time I'm in Bakersfield, I'll be stopping in.

Firstly whilst people were available to do the nails, they left me waiting for half an hour. They then used an extremely sharp electric nail file to take off good quality gel nails, subsequently burning my real nail. Very poor service, the nails are poor quality, there is no care taken when doing the nails half the time they weren’t even looking when painting them. They care more about getting you in and out quick than doing a good job. Would definitely not go here again!
