Been to serenity loves for a while now after being recommened by a friend who uses them, i used to have Gemma as my stylist but about a year ago i got moved to Asheligh due to Gemma leavin. Since Asheligh been doing my hair i have been really happy with her doing my hair, she knows how i have it and can also have a good chat about whats going on. She always keeps me in the loop if need to change appointment or if running behind she gets a fellow colleague to start washing my hair then comes and finishes it off when done, she never leaves you to just sit there. We visited to have our 8 year olds ears pierced, the staff were lovely, friendly and put our daughter completely at ease. Lots of pretty earring choices and the staff were very informative. Definitely recommend! Read Less

Absolutely deverstated! Booked a colour online (£60) went in so they could see the colour of my hair make sure it didnt need anything else doing before. They were slow got a lady who didnt know which colour to usr had tp ask lots of staff. Eventually hair done not blended well with the colour i had on already got to the checkout and its £90. Booked in for a balayage and restyle with one of the girls, the service was faultless but upon going home and washing my hair I was really unhappy with the cut. I spoke to the assistant manager who booked me in for a free cut and blow dry with a conditioning treatment and they were really apologetic, I had my hair done again by senior stylist Diana and I’m so happy again with the service and now hair cut. Book in with these girls, you won’t be disappointed and if you are, they’ll rectify it for you without anything being awkward and uncomfortable. Amazing service! Read Less

My daughter had her princess party here, it wasn't what I expected, I didn't feel it justified it's full potential the girls were separated to have there hair, make up and nails done so my daughter had to pick 2 friends, which caused upset. Both sets were all rushed and finished with in 40 mins... then had to keep them occupied for another 50 mins in the play room which was hard work, I didn't think I needed to entertain them, they got bored. But in all 20 mins for hair , face and nails and over an hour stuck in the playroom, isn't quite what I expected. Overall my daughter and friends did enjoy the way they looked, but I wouldn't do it again or recommend it to anyone. Read Less

As soon as you go through the door you get a warm welcome, each member of staff are friendly and the place is always immaculate. Diana cuts my little boys hair and has built his confidence each time, her patience with him and we love his cut. Took my daughter to have her ears pierced with Gabby, she had just turned 6 and was a little nervous. Thanks to Gabby talking with her beforehand and through each step also making her laugh, she sat there, no tears and now has beautiful little studs and a certificate on the fridge that she is very proud of.
