Was recommended by a friend to come to Polished. I used the email facility on the website to start contact. Was really impressed with the rapid response and was lucky enough to get a cancellation appointment two days after our first phone call. Arrived and was warmly welcomed. Beauty room is lovely. Toni was polite, professional and so friendly. I'm not usually someone who has my nails done but the whole experience was amazing. My end result of gellish nails are ABSOLUTELY F...ANTATIC. Toni is one very talented lady. She did the detail on my sparkly nails free hand and I just can't stop staring at them and have had SO many compliments. I love them. They are just want I pictured and I may have even become a regular convert to "having my nails done" ( as and when I'm off work!!!) Thank you for a fabulous job. I first started having my nails done by Toni last December, I turned up with the most horrible nails going, they would split, peel and were in such bad condition. Every time I have visited, Toni has nursed them back to health offering advice on how to keep them healthy and strong, a year down the line my nails are the best they've ever been and the gelish has helped keep them that way! Some people think it can ruin your nails well that couldn't be further from the truth! I haven't ever had a bad experience visiting Toni at the polished boutique, she is such a talented lady who does the most amazing and creative designs by hand! Can't recommend her enough!
