Absolutely disgusting service! Been going here 2 years but never going again everyone says how rude they are there but I just got on with it until last week I had a really horrible man do my nails he was pushing and shoving my hands he kept shouting at me I wasn’t doing anything wrong! He also did my nails wrong nothing like the shape I wanted at all they looked awful! So I complained about them and he said that’s how I wanted them even though he kept cutting them shorter without asking just because he made one short and thin so he did them all like that! Was unimpressed with how they managed there salon. Did not get why they kept switching around which made me have to keep explaining what I wanted! would be much better if they super glued themselves to the seat and stayed with the same costumer to make there time better as I did not talk to anyone in there which made me feel very board, some didn't even talk at all where as the odd one said how was your day. also one of my nails I saw was not painted right when I got home. will come back but hope for better service. I do not feel that the staff mean to come across as rude but more that that is the way in which the salon is run. Speedy sales in and out service. Quite direct but efficient if you don't mind the language barrier. For me it worked. I needed something fast and to look pretty for a couple of weeks. For someone who wants more of a relaxed atmosphere I would suggest booking in with a individual technician who does nails for a living and would be more likely to supply that personal one on one experience. My personal opinions is The nail technicians are there to do the Nails and get paid not for it and nothing more. It is most definitely a speedy service . If that works for you then I would recommend however if you are after a chat, a cup of tea and a relaxed atmosphere then you should book elsewhere as I feel here you would be disappointed . I received a mani/ pedi as a gift, so I took my 13 year old daughter and I must say Felicia did her thang! My daughter LOVE her mani/pedi, and I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and good conversation. Thanks Felicia! Read Less

Absolutely terrible! The guy in there messed up my nails so had to go back as all polish peeled off, and to top it off I have ended up with an infection in 3 fingers and currently on my way to A&E to have the infection cut out!!!!! Never felt pain like it STAY AWAY...... Read Less

Horrible service! Phoned up to make an appointment for 6.30 as nail shop was closing at 8 was told just turn up! Got there and was rudely told to come back tomorrow they will be closing at 7! I drove all the way from Sawtry and was rudely ignored! They have lost a customer! Rude people who always argues with customers if they complain about the quality of their service! Read Less

I loved everything about my experience at Felicia's Fabulous Nails, from the superb customer service to the intimate atmosphere. Felicia knows how to make her customers feel appreciated and welcomed.
