I went here for the first time today and absolutely loved my experience!! I had Bee cut my hair and she did a wonderful job. This place is EXTROADINARY! I've only been twice; however, both times, my expectations were exceeded. I'm Crazy picky about my hair and have only had someone else cut it twice in the past 4 years. Both times was at Ciao Bella. I Definitely plan on coming here more often. Bee was my stylist today and she was SO attentive and focused. It came out perfectly and exactly what I had pictured and I'm so glad I took her advice in the length of the cut. I definitely trust her with my hair. I purchased a gift certificate for my beautiful bride from Ciao Bella Salon this Christmas as she had been stating that she wanted to get a haircut. Now, you have to know that my wife is very particular about who she lets cut and style her hair as she has had many bad experiences. So I did some research and found the reviews for Ciao Bella Salon to be fairly outstanding. I will say that i was still nervous about her experience she might have. However, she was called a couple ...of hours prior to her appointment time and asked if she could come a few minuets early as she was a new customer and they wanted to get to know her a bit before they get stated. Who the heck does that nowadays?? I was feeling better already, and once she returned from her appointment all smiles I knew we had found her new "place". They treated her like a queen, she loves her hair, she was pampered the entire time, AND, she had money left over after her cut and style. Honestly perfect. I am so beyond happy about how happy my hair turned out after a year of not getting my hair colored I visited Ciao Bella Salon to get a new look for the fall and winter. I have recently moved to the area and had the salon recommended to me. I really liked the online booking process. I had an all over color and cut with Cana on Saturday. I have to say that it is the best cut and color I have ever had! She really took time to speak with me during the consultation and together we figured out what would be the best look for me that I could actually keep up with. The color came out gorgeous! I love, love, love the cut! Cana also took the time to show me how to achieve the loose wave that I wanted, something no stylist has ever done with me before. I always look forward to appointments at Ciao Bella! I get my nails done every 2 weeks with Michelle and Megan fixes up my highlights usually every 8 ;) It's a treat when they fall on the same day and I get a few hours of pampering in. They must be doing something right if I keep coming back and even followed Megan to Ciao Bella from her previous salon.
