Asked one of the men if I could get them done that day and he smiled and said of course and one of the ladies sat doing a customers nails shouted no at me infront of a group of customers and when I asked why, she told me they just don’t. Had gel extensions done there. Within a week, the colour from the tips had started to chip on nearly all of my nails! Was my first time having them done, she painted them and then walked off, didn't tell me how long to leave them under the drier for. They only take cash payments as well. I have been there twice. The first one, with a shellac, this same evening 3 tips just came out. Went back and instead of re-do them, a girl put a huge amount of polish on the nail, and finished. Second time today, only manicure without any polish. Each nail, different shape, all the skins around really poorly cut and some transparent polish without covering the whole nail. Went in about 3pm on a Sunday, very good the fact they fitted me in so quickly. However, my manicure was rushed and I wasn't asked what shape I like etc. I tried making conversation with the young man but he wasnt interested. They all came across like I was an inconvenience for them and I left with a French manicure not the shape I like. This place is alright, but if your spending money trying to make yourself look and feel good its not the place for a pamper, its get in and get out! The guy who did my nails never once asked me if the length was okay or the colour, just walked away when he was done leaving me wondering how long to sit for. Worst experience ever.. got my nails done but the guy doing them couldn't understand me so he basically done whatever he wanted. At the end I left nearly in tears with the pain I was in from the work and nagging at my nails. They are very rough and quick to finish. Don't take pride or care in customers they just see £ signs... Also when I went to say I didn't want my nails like this I was happy to just go home and take them off but just wanted to say he didn't do what I requested. But I got had a go at and said it was my fault that he didn't know English... very rude and would never go back. Nails 86 up the high street are 100X better!! Read Less
