I went to the Kimono Nail Studio for the first time today and had a lovely time. (I am surprised to have the privilege to write its first review here - it is very well reviewed on Facebook so by all means get a second, third, fourth opinion over there!) I went for a pedi with gel polish and every aspect of my visit was lovely and relaxing, with obvious attention to detail, expertise, and care for me as a customer throughout. The atmosphere was very friendly and even though I was there in my boring guy-mode rather than my much more preferable girl-mode, I was made to feel entirely welcome by both staff and fellow customers. I ve made my nail to this studio and I was very desapoited,they look nice but the quality was a bad one,my nails wasnt finished and hanging peaks...the metalic colours, next day goes down from peaks...I ve paid 38 pound that and I didn t get a reseet for that! My colegue goes there after a few days she pay less than me,same service and bad quality,she make all metalic naills and the day after , her colour gone from peaks.I ll not recomand this studio nobody! Sent a message on a whim asking for a shellac mani/pedi and got an appointment the same day. The salon feels really cozy and they have enormous selection of colours. The staff was super friendly and my nails look absolutely lovely. I felt really pampered and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! Read Less
