The worst customer service. I had a wax here and the lady who did made it no effort to make me feel comfortable. It was incredibly painful and instead of making me feel at ease - she basically did wax as quick as she possibly could. It was not a calming experience at all. After recently moving to Cambridge, I was keen to find a good stylist to colour and cut my hair. I switched to Sun & Beauty after repeatedly being disappointed with the service from a rival salon on the High Street. Charlie was great, she actually listened when I said I did not want my hair drying and she found a better shade to colour my roots. I would definitely recommend them. Read Less

I would highly recommend. Everyone is really friendly and does amazing work. Wonderful Martine did beautiful UV gel nails for me twice now. As someone who has had gel nails for 5 years I can only say all the best about my experience. Absolutely by far my favourite salon! I have my eyelash extensions regularly done by Martine and recently had my hair cut by Zoe - both of who are so incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am notoriously forgetful and late and Martine never seems to be annoyed - patience of a saint! I would 100% recommend for service & professionalism. Read Less

the most terrible experience in my life,  and I'm weighing my words. For a hygienic aspect is a real disaster, I've never see this before. The person who takes care of me has obviously no interest in his works, Rude and unprofessional. It's really a shame when a establishment like Sun & Beauty Studios said to be a lounge for the care and well-being. I feel robbed, and it's my duty as a client to tell people that this is really bad establishment.  As soon as I walked into the room to waxing, I saw a hair removal strip with hair, where I had to sit down. The hostess asked me to get naked (standing in front of me staring at me. In my previous wax studios, they used to left me a little privacy, but it's absolutely not the case here). She begins to do its job, and I was wrong, I asked her to stop, but she told that it was too late. She ask me to pull my skin with my dirty hand... Its her job, isn't ?Once finished (3 minutes later), she gave me a cream for disinfected my self... it cost me £30 to get a beautician (but it would be a fireman, it's will be the same!) who remove three hair-removal strip at my private parts, and that's all.
