Overall great! Love the new look. Walked right in without apt. Waited in the chair for 20 mins. But the lady was super gentle and took care of my horrible feet. I kniked my big toe going to the dryer and she fixed with no problem. Will def be back.

I was there this past Saturday morning. I called to ask about price and no sooner did I get out of my car and Lenny was greeting my friend and I at the door. We were seated immediately even though it looked like most chairs were full. He explained sns to me and how he does nails. I was very pleased with my nails ($35). They look amazing. I totally recommend it. I also had a pedicure ($23). If you pay cash you get $5 off! He did get up to charge people and answer phones but that did not bother me at all. He was polite and respectful and mindful of his clients. Hard workers and customer friendly! Im looking forward to going back!

Nails are good, however, the owner doesn't stay in his seat. He will have you there at least 2 hrs (or more) He will stand to answer any phone call, to set new appt. to charge other clients. And you just wait, and wait and wait. They defentily need a recepcionist to help out.

I never had a problem until this Saturday the owner did my nails. I soaked off and did the Sns powder nails. This is what my nails look like now. Sores from filing, every nail had white lines and I was charged full price after telling him I had lines in nails and cuticles were bleeding, I was told sorry, I can't help it. Been going to VIP for over a year now. Lenny you can call me if you want to fix the issues. I paid $45 I also have pictures to show attached below.

When I started going VIP, I was really impressed. I still love how they do my nails...but even when I call ahead and make an appointment, I may wait an hour for the tech to get to me. I think that if a walk-in comes right before my time, they take the walk-in and make me wait!! I wonder if they know what appointment means or if there are so many customers, they don't need to care...sadly, I have found another nail salon...an appointment is an appointment!!

This place is going down hill. They open late and charge you for extra stuff that you thought was part of the pedicure. Was there today and waited outside 30 minutes for them to open ( they were 30 min late ). Then my friend was charged extra for nail buffing because she asked if they wanted polish or buff. But never said buff was extra. What a rip off. I was a regular customer but will be finding a new place that we'll open in time and be up font with the charges. I am so pissed right now.

Nails are good, however, the owner doesn't stay in his seat. He will have you there at least 2 hrs (or more) He will stand to answer any phone call, to set new appt. to charge other clients. And you just wait, and wait and wait. They defentily need a recepcionist to help out.

This place is going down hill. They open late and charge you for extra stuff that you thought was part of the pedicure. Was there today and waited outside 30 minutes for them to open ( they were 30 min late ). Then my friend was charged extra for nail buffing because she asked if they wanted polish or buff.
