Lena at Elem hair was very gentle and kind. It's fair to say I hate having my hair cut, but Lena made the whole process stress free. She listened carefully to what I needed from the haircut then, totally restyled my hair, and it now looks very glamourous. I never imagined I'd have hair that looked like this. Cutting longs story short- I had a terrible experience with local hairdresser, who really damaged my hair- I cried for a long time after coming home, not mentioning the colour was done very unprofessionally and my head was full of horrible patches. Someone recommended Paola to me, and she was very helpful and open when she explained what is and what is not possible to do with my hair. I trusted her right away! She managed to fit me in within a week as I was moving away and it... was very important to me. I came to my appointment, Paola was very welcoming and kind but before all that she was an amazing and professional hairdresser who fixed my hair to the point where I couldn’t stop smiling on my way home and for the rest of the day ! I love the cut and colour and I would recommend her to EVERYONE who is scared of hairdressers due to really bad experience-just like me! I regret I no longer live in Cambridge, I wish there was more hairdressers like Paola is, thank you! See More

Sorry but the stylist had no idea what I wanted to have done even after I saw her photos. Nice people but very unhappy with my cut. It was not just different from what I wanted but also not well done....
