I came in for acrylic tips and the service and outcome of my nails were shockingly bad! The acrylic on my nail has already discoloured and I have dints and chips all over them and I have glue all around my nail that I can’t get off, I got burnt in two places while getting in done, the staff the did my nails (multiple people) were too busy doing other things other than focusing on doing my nails! And after all of that you then tell me that you don’t accept card only cash so I had to leave my personal belonging to go and get some cash out witch I wish I didn’t pay now! This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to and I will never be coming back! You have even ruined the skin all around my nail this is totally unacceptable! no wonder you only have 2.6 star rating on google. Absolutely shocking. Read Less

If I could give this place minus stars i would... I can not believe the levels of unprofessionalism... how dare you you speak to me in a degrading and aggressive manor in front of other customers... i had this one gentleman.. all I wanted was acrylic and gel colour... I got was acrylic and normal polish... I was then told thats what i asked for and that's it .. it was re done 2 times as he messed up 2 nails and his colleagues had to finish off and them he blamed me.. I have had a treatments this bad off this gentleman before but I thought i may be a one off... CLEARLY NOT. It took 1hour 25mins... I was late to my best friends wedding and he told me its not my fault ... I arrived at 9.30am when the shop was open... I watched 4 people come in after me and leave before me... To be this rude and not accept you made a mistake and argue with me... now i have find some one else to take these nails off and redo it ... such a waste on money and time. My nails look awful... I would highly not recommend. Read Less

Really thick uneven nails and they were all different lengths. I didn't feel welcome here and was really disappointed with the overall experience. Don't go here girls, it's not worth the money!

I travel 30 miles to visit this salon as I wouldn't use any other. The more confident staff have great sense of humour, others are quite quiet. Huge colour choice, and colour change, cat eye, chrome powder etc options available. Work very quickly and regularly check that you are happy with your nails at each stage. If you ask for something they think will look awful, they will gently suggest you get something else. Pricing is very fair too. Read Less

Waited 30 mins finally young girl came with mask on obviously limited english as just pointed for me to put hands out etc chatted in her own language to her collegue didnt acknowledge me at all said gel £25 then procceded to do my nails i am pleased with my nails but no oil on cuticles and the nail remover they used was sucked back into the bottle for reuse !!! Not happy was told there would be a 10 minute wait and got seen 45 mins later! Nails ok but got asked what I wanted and what colour then a few minutes later another lady arrived and asked the same question! The lady who did my nails was very sullen kept talking in her own language to her colleague and only cut my nails to all the same length as I asked her too! No cuticle work and didn't tell me when my nails had been done just simply walked off. Another staff member came over and said 'are you finished' as obviously they wanted my chair and I said I think so! I had to asked for nail oil to finish of manicure or should I say gel nail colour as no proper manicure done. Not impressed. Very poor customer service. Read Less

Disappointing. Abruptly told when I arrived that they don't make appointments, had to sit and wait. Eventually a young man arrived - no acknowledgement, greeting, smile or welcome - and treated me rather like a vehicle in a factory production line. He wore a mask but it was underneath his nose and he clearly had a cold. Now and then his nose dripped and he wiped it on his sleeve... When eventually he finished, he just said, "Go and wash your hands", and pointed to the sink. When I returned he had moved on to the next customer! Unbelievable. Went to pay and they don't take any cards, so had to leave security and run to the bank! Read Less

Absolutely disgusted with the service... the lady who was painting my nails was continually told to work quicker and that she was taking too long. And was treated very poorly she was told off when she had finished my nails. The young child that cut and shaped my nails did an appalling job totally messed up my nail went in there with lovely long stilleteo nails came out with stubs that I hate. Was told that I should not choose to come when it was busy. No apology never ever been treated so badly. These nail bars are popping up everywhere, cheap products bad service. Never never go to these ignorant rude poorly trained people. But a huge thank you to the lady who painted them.. get a different job somewhere your not bullied and made to feel inadequate... modern day slavery treating her like that Read Less

The staff were rude and were not professional, I was expecting a lot better quality from them and my nails look messy. I didn't expect to get pushed out of the chair half way through my treatment to make room for someone else, in which i was then placed onto a plastic stool. When using the drill it was drilled into my skin and they were really rough with my hands. Not worth the money at all Read Less

I had been holding off on getting a pedicure for a while because they were pretty expensive, and it was winter so no one was seeing my feet. Finally, after a particularly difficult week, I decided to treat myself at Cambridge Nails & Spa.Most of the pedicure was okay - the feet soaking, nail shaping, etc. However, they used some sort of scraper to remove the thick skin off the bottoms of my feet. I was amazed at how much there was when suddenly I felt a sharp pain - they had removed so much skin on the bottom of pinky toe that it started to bleed. So much for a relaxing pedicure - the pedicurist apologized and finished my nails up. For the next week or so, it hurt to walk because if the toe touched anything it'd start hurting again. And they still charged me £30. Not worth it. At all. Read Less
