Avoid. I’ve been going here for the past 7 years and won’t be going again. Gone massively down hill, standards have dropped and they no longer care about their work. This is the third time they have drilled my skin and cut me. I had to have antibiotics too before as the cuts got infected. I’ve stayed for loyalty but these are by far the worst nails I’ve had and the most expensive. The nails were wonky and they charged me an extra £3 for the shape I always have. £38 in total, the most I’ve ever paid for nails!! And this was without a gel colour. I asked for a refund and was refused even though I was bleeding, all of the skin around my nails on my left hand red raw, with wonky nails and no top coat given so they look a week old already. Avoid if you want your nails in tact and don’t want to be massively over charged. Read Less
