Rediculous customer service. I waited an hour - they decided it was late and they could not see any more customers. They need to stop taking people after a certain time. Worst nails and eyebrows. Jessica took too much off my brows when i specifically asked for the least amount removed. I have had a scar from stitches on my left brow since i was a child and when i tried explaining to her to be careful, i was ignored and she began the service. This is the story of the worst pedicure of my life. So my friend and I went to Venus Nail Salon for a galentine's day celebration. We planned on getting our toes done and our nails done. I wanted a full set of acrylics and pedicure. We arrived around 7 p.m. and told the people working exactly what services we wanted. We were taking back to the pedicure. I received the deluxe pedicure. The girl doing my toes rushed through the massage and did a terrible job painting my toes. S...he then escorted me over to the other side to get my nails done where a guy told her in another language that he would not do my nails and for to have me sit under the drying table. I sat under the drying table for 10 minutes before someone came and told me that they would not do my acrylics because there was no time. The man who said he wouldn't do my nails sat there and then went to the back where the pedicures are and sat there for another 30 minutes before leaving. I was very upset that they would not do my nails. This was what I mainly came for. Upon looking online I realized that the store closed at 8 p.m. So there probably was not time for both of pedicure and acrylics and they knew that before they did my pedicure. Someone should have told me upon arrival that there would not be time to do both services. And I would have asked for them to do my acrylics instead of my pedicure. But a pedicure is a more expensive service so that was not brought to my attention until after the fact. So I sat under the drawing table with my toes 45 minutes. In the course at that time my toes got messed up twice and I asked for them to be fixed. They continue to just put more nail polish on top and the nail polish never dry. By the time I got home my toes were so messed up that I cannot keep this pedicure. I wasted $45 including tip on the worst pedicure and didn't get my manicure. I have been to the salon before about a year ago and never had an experience like this. This is extremely disappointing I believe I deserve a full refund and I will not be returning to the salon.
