It's clean enough, but too expensive. My sister had a small callous on her toe. They sanded it so hard she was bleeding. The lady said, "That's what you get for waiting so long between pedicures!" That is not right! Read Less

I love going to this place. Not only they are closer toy house, they always do a great job with my nails. I had an issue with three of my nails (got it done Friday) and went in Wednesday and they went ahead and fix it for me at no additional cost. Very friendly people! Read Less

It really depends on which person is doing your pedicure, some are great, some not so much. We visited during a very busy Saturday afternoon, the technician helping my daughter wouldn't listen when she told her she was hurting her and made a couple of rude comments. I don't think I will be going back. I asked for stiletto nails, and I got kind of Easter egg shaped instead. Colors were on display that they hadn't yet received, so I couldn't get what I actually wanted. I was cut twice on one finger, one of which still hurts pretty bad 2 hours later. He apologized, so at least that's a plus. My fingers feel/look scaly and disgusting because I have acrylic and polish all over them. The staff was nice, and even stayed late to make sure we got finished. But overall, not happy with the experience. Which is disappointing after a couple people told me how much they enjoyed theirs. The last three times I've gone Victor has been awesome, always took his time. My nails always looked great. Went today and he was busy so I waited and had another guy did my nails. This guy rushed thru it and did a sloppy job. Was not happy, he kept fixing it. So I just stopped asking. He charged me for a whole set, not a fill. All I came for was a fill, I had a set on already. Had SNS nails done, technician missed bits on first coat and just covered the bits he'd missed with the second. So on my nails had some parts with two coats and some with one coat. The nails were not filed properly and I had to sort the rough bits out myself. Within a space of a week and a bit, I had 5 broken nails of which two broke below where the skin attaches to the nail and were bleeding. These were my own nails, not extensions, which I had been growing for months. Previous to this I'd only ever had one cracked nail in the six months of having my nails done and that was due to getting my hand caught in a ladder. I had not mistreated the nails, one bent and broken simply when pulling on a pair of soft leggings. My Nails are ruined and I had to have the SNS removed and all the nails cut off short. They soaked them off in nail varnish remover which stung with the nails that had been bleeding. They put one coat of clear polish after removing the Majority of the SNS (as they'd missed bits around the sides) and again the didn't file the nails smooth. Spoke to Lynn nails technician; no offer of an apology, no offer of a refund and they still had the audacity to charge me £10 to have the SNS coating removed and cleaned up. When asked when I would be getting my nails done again by them I replied with, I won't and explained why. Very poor customer service. Difficult language barrier. Would not recommend. I would give them less then one star if possible. The appointment booking is like a joke. You turn up on time and still you have to wait for an hour for your turn. Very poorly managed and staff have no clue about what a customer service is? Read Less
