I have just tried to make an appointment for overlays on 2 of my nails. Rather than let me make an appointment the guy said for me to just pop in - I explained that I had done that before but then had to wait 30 mins to be seen. So he said well go somewhere else! I said pardon - and he repeated - go somewhere else!!! A gel manicure took an hour and a half from start to finish. I can go anywhere else and get a manicure AND a pedicure in almost the same amount of time. Not only did it cost $40, but I had to tell the tech half a dozen time to fix things that were clearly messed up. This was the first time I have tried extensions on my nails. I choose to go with gel nails and the end result was fantastic. The man doing my nails checked that I liked the shape and length etc along every step. Will definitely be back. Read Less

I had a French manicure done here which at the end was ok. The real issue was the customer service. I initially had the first stage done and the man doing my nails acted like everything was a complete chore. His English wasn't great so when I was describing the shape I wanted it filed to huffed then huffed again when he had misunderstood me and tried to redo them (wrongly but I didn't correct him). Then on the second stage when spraying the white on, the pink undercoat cracked and he point blank refused to do it again! I had half a hand done and didn't really know what to suggest he said (after already spending a very long hour in there doing the first stage) 'we'll I could take them all of and we can finish with nothing'. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he was completely unreasonable. I almost felt like not paying him the experience was so bad. There were 1 or 2 who were clearly regular customers so some must get an experience that they enjoy, I wasn't one if them. Read Less

Made an appointment to have my nails done as I was going away for the weekend however after waiting 15 mins asked how long I would have to wait told 5 mins which was okay then told they were running late come back tomorrow. Time before lady doing my nails had to rush as she waas collecting daughter from school so not a relaxing experience. Needless to say will not bother trying to book another appointment Read Less
