I went in for a gel polish. The guy doing my nails burnt my skin with the nail drill first of all. Then when he finished painting my nails left me with them bumpy and uneven. He finished by filing one nail to lessen the bump and left me with a half rough feeling nail. I couldnt wait to get out of there and definately wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone. Been here twice, spent nearly £70 the first time. They didn't put top coat on my pedicure and it chipped straight off. I complained and they didn't do anything, no apology, nothing. She said it was my fault for asking for polish not gels. One woman there is particularly rough with the drill and kept hitting the skin around my nails. I would go here again if I could guarantee the technician I was going to get, but the customer service is general is so poor that I won't waste my time. Read Less

Not happy with my results was there for 2 hours for the next day my nails coulor to come and chip ... hours back for a refund to explain it wasn't happy and all they said was we will not give u a refund we will fix them.... how can u fix the number when they are going to be done the same so the same thing is going to happen... verry unsatisfied for £40 of work that looks like this the next day .... 1st time I have been there never again they just rob u. been a loyal customer for about 5 years had an appointment booked today for 12.45 on my lunch break travelled all the way from Olney and payed parking to be sat there for half an hour waiting still not spoken to by anyone. got to the point were I actually got very angry and explained to them I have to go back to work. maybe don't take bookings if you cannot stick to the times and just keep your salon as a walk in not impressed at all. also no apology by anyone Read Less

don't bother-I did a walk in appointment 6/12/16 and ended up with something that looks like Poundland false nails for £33- not to mention the amount of discomfort- she took off lots of my skin with the electric tool and commented that I have thin skin. Avoid Had my nails done here twice, first time was lovely, great choice of colours and was even given coffee. Most recent visit was a shambles. Originally phoned asking for an infil at £23 pounds then phoned earlier in the day to change to new set and take off at £35. My nails were rushed, they're not straight and not even done well, then to be told £40 for a poor job, when I questioned this the woman at the till was extremely rude and kept making new pricing and rules up. ... Worst experience ever..went for a simple square French and end up with some potatoes on my nails..bad Custumer service as well..i know for sure I won't do my nails there anymore and if you want a bad experience with personal trained in one week and don't even understand what you tell them to do, just go there lol Read Less

Have been a few times, quite happy initially, but when the young man did mine and my daughters nails the next day, he was quite rough, now we both have quite sore cuticles. I have been coming here for almost a year now I'm never disappointed I've had my nails last up to 5 weeks some times colour has chipped due to my previous job, only 2 occasions I wasn't pleased with my service and that was being told off for picking up colour wheel to pick a colour for my mum and when myself and my mother were sharing 2 techs and our nails weren't as good as other times. I went hear with my 12 year old daughter for the first time I was very disappointed at the service I made a appointment for 6pm when I got there my daughter was seen first she wanted gel polish with a design. So when asked about the designs they showed her nail stickers and told her to pick she piked a silver bow when applied she asked will it fall off because it does not look like its on properly to which it took 3 people to understand what she was trying to say,eventually they said its fine it will last .. I had full set of nails on my toes when I got home one foot had more polish on than the other.my daughter stickers did fall off 2 hours later . So the following morning we went back and told them to correct our nails,again my daughter went first before the lady even started she told them that she wanted a design with dots so the lady said ok and carried on,middway my daughter asked again if she can have a design and they said yeah after I've put the colour on.then the lady put the topcoat on and made the gel set,she then told the lady that she forgot the design,the woman then replied saying that if she wanted a design she should've told her before,my daughter got anoyyed but nothing could be done about it as her gel polished had been set.when I went to redo my toes,the man put on a COMPLETELY different colour on one toe,this then made the whole set of nails look really odd,in the end me and my daughter just walked out not happy at all with our nails we had paid over 50pounds for both of us and this is the service we get.it is appalling and I won't be going there again. I am regular customer who i have been going for 5-6 years n introduced my friends from work to go there. Sunday gone i got my nails done gel but by Tuesday this week started coming off chipped n colour come off. My day off friday 29-01 i went to get repaired n o said can i repair n change colour but was going to charge to change colour. The young guy who did it for Me asking me personal question like u dont do any washing, its friday so u saying u dont shower or wash my hair They saying i do housework but never Had this problem b4 so i was insulted.
