If I could give less than one star I would. I went there today to get a full set after they was done I had a little feel of them and found four of them felt like they was going to fall off they are very weak and misshaped they all look different from each other. I spoke to the technician the put them on and explained a few off them feel very week in which he replied they do because they are longer than your natural nail. Ok so why does one hand feel fine and strong but the other hand does not? My mum also got hers done at the same time they are a lot longer than mine and feel strong. I asked them to fix it twice and he basically refused. I do love the design I have but for £33 I feel ripped off these are my holiday nails and I fully believe they are going to snap off before I even get on the plane. I’m very disappointed and definitely will not be going back there again

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Disgusting service. Went in with a £25 gift card which was accepted at the start and half way through I was then told it was the wrong place. I politely told them I would need to get cash out which they seemed to be fine with until actually doing so when my nails were finished
I was surrounded by them and they were refusing to let me leave unless I left my mobile phone or car keys on their desk. I was not prepared to do that and offered to leave my driving licence which has all my personal detail on so if I 'tried to run without paying they could give that to the police along with offering for them to come with me to the cash point that is in view of their shop.
Instead they said no and if I didn't do as they said they would call the police. Which that in fact did which is a complete disgrace. It took giving them my keys and having two of them walking to the cash point with me while the 3rd watched from the shop. The police didn't need to be involved as it was their mistake and a completely unreasonable approach was taken.
I wouldn't recommend using and I will never be going back. My nails are not even done that well either. I have never felt so mistreated in my life.

Ruined my nails. Asked for a coffin shape and all the nails are different sizes and thickness. When I noticed it after the colour had been put on I told them and they couldn't do anything about it. I understand once the colour had been put on they can't do much but the technician should've noticed it when filing and shaping my nails. Complete waste of £35.

I have been using this nail bar several times over the years but I have kept going all this year and can't fault them I always have kym/Kim to do mine and she is brilliant at what she does

I have been to most of the nail bars around Milton Keynes and I have to say that this is the best one. I've read many reviews saying that the staff aren't very friendly, but all I can suggest is that this is due to the customer not speaking to the nail technician. I, myself, usually request Ryan himself to do my nails and admittedly he can be a bit shy, but as soon as you talk to him, he will talk back!
All of the technicians work at a high quality, ensuring that every inch of your nail is just the way you like it. I would most definitely recommend this nail bar to anyone and everyone!

Love it when Kathy & her husband are here. Peter did my nails today.. Ok ped. asked for sparkle got silver glitter over a super light pink nail .. Can't see the color of the nail on one big toe. Toe nails uneven. Hands had nice long nails .. Wanted to bring them down to match a shorter nail.. he cut them a lot. Wanted to take off gel and go with regular polish.. Bugged and bugged to go with gel. Started one nail after he decided on a color I didn't, I said I don't like it.. O...h yes good color for you. Kept going . rough edges. didn't even cut the skin off the edges asked me after he got topcoat all over the edges of my fingers if I wanted lotion. I was so mad ..I kept thinking " am I overreacting? " Don't say anything else, just go. Be polite. Got outside want to cry $38 bucks and I hate it. Feels bad. Looks ok if you don't care about the color or the glitter or the edges or the corner of my thumb nail that's got a big gouge in it. This is supposed to be a good thing. Crying. See More

If I could give less than one star I would. I went there today to get a full set after they was done I had a little feel of them and found four of them felt like they was going to fall off they are very weak and misshaped they all look different from each other.
