Got shellaic nails done on the 8th December, had to go back in on the 21st December for the 2 damaged nails to be re done. Went away and had a completely damaged other nail on the 25th December, most annoying, came back off hols on the 29th December where thumb nail caught at the bottom and chipped off! My first and last visit here as nails have failed miserably at lasting its not even been a whole month of having these done which is really disappointing as I was recommended that this place was good by a dear friy

Amazing people that work there. They were so lovely to me and my daughter when we came to get our nails done together. My daughter is 4 next month and she loved it. The ladies took her off to chose the colours she wanted. Fab!! Were so good to with her. Very happy friendly hard working people. The guy that did my nails was great too! Thanks for making my little girls first experience at the nail salon one to remember!

Came here for a manicure. I had a gift voucher for this nail salon and I am very glad I didn't have to pay. The hand massage was good but it lasted for a very short duration. I feel the whole experience was rushed as the outcome of my nail varnish was smudged and uneven. The lady doing my nails went on her phone between the process and there was a language barrier. Overall I had a poor experience. I was very disappointed!

Just love going here with my friend or family as they have a room out the back for two to have a pedicure/massage which is just amazing and you always get a drink so lovely chance to just chill out. Then we go through to the main part for manacure all done by lovely friendly girls and I usually have Alison who is brilliant. So would throughly recommend Lanh's to anyone. Xxx

Have been coming here for a while always get an appointment and have often just gone in on the off chance and had to only wait 10 mins. Very friendly and welcoming place 😀😀

First time and very pleased with result. The place was a little over crowded and the staff member I had did not speak much and just mumbled instructions about where to put my hands. So although I did not understand her I was offered a drink by another member who spoke clear English. The staff were on appeared to be on what apeared to be a production line and just finish and looked at you. No clear instructions ofwhere to pay and only take cash (strange in this day and age). Saying all that I still love my nails:)

This is an excellent nail salon, I have been going since they opened around 2 years ago. all the team are great, hygiene is very good. Free tea,coffee and sweets! They will always try and fit you in if you don't make an appointment but it's best to book especially on a Saturday. I also take my fella here for pedicure they have 2 chairs in the back so he always asks to go in there so he won't feel embarrassed :-)

Do not recommend the artist Lisa, she rushed whilst doing your nails and is not gentle. She filed so quickly on one of my nails that she cut me... Could have possibly got an infection, terrible

Went there yesterday was very busy but that can be expected at this time of year. I had booked but because they are so popular and busy I had to wait but I didn't mind, because they do give a really good service. Been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Would also like to wish all the staff a very happy Christmas.

Booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, arrived 10 mins early and was told it would be a long wait. Very unprofessional, what's the point of running an appointment system if people can sit and wait and those with appointments have to do the same? Can't now get nails done for Xmas. I was told, when I complained, that I should understand it's a busy time of year! That's why I booked so far in advance!! I won't use this salon again - customer service is zero and the previous review is right. Just greed.

Greed over customer service. Booked an appointment for which I left work early (working through lunch) and turned up 10 mins early to say they couldn't fit me in in my time constraints as they were running late - looked like the walk ins got priority over those that book! What a waste of time.

Got shellaic nails done on the 8th December, had to go back in on the 21st December for the 2 damaged nails to be re done. Went there yesterday was very busy but that can be expected at this time of year. I had booked but because they are so popular and busy I had to wait but I didn't mind, because they do give a really good service. Been here a few times and have never been disappointed.
