I have been using this place for a while, however my most recent experience was not good. I went on Friday to get a manicure and a pedicure but when I left, I noticed on my nails, they didn't cover the entire nail down to the cuticle so I went back today to have them fix it. When I did go back and explained nicely what happened, they acted like I was crazy and wrong. Even though they did offer to fix it, they did not use utensils to scrape off the old polish, instead she used... her fingernail to scrape the polish off. Then she didn't soak my cuticles before she tried pushing them back. She rushed through it, the whole time talking in Chinese to the person next to her. After she had cured my shellac, she took a nail file to them which obviously would break the cure and make them peal. I'll leave a picture of my nails after they redid them. The lady left nail polish around my nails on my skin, she broke the shellac cure, and did not cover my nail evenly. I have always enjoyed this salon, but I will not be going back again. There were rude comments throughout the whole experience such as "you'll come back next week and they'll look like crap". I do not recommend this nail salon. Wonderful lady who has done amazing work on my nails bringing them back to a lovely healthy length so that I can finally have colour and feel human again!
