I’ve got a £180 voucher, and I had the half left to use (£90). The voucher was inside my hand bag that was stolen during my holiday in Spain. I’ve asked the manager if I can recover my left sessions but I ‘ve got a negative answer. The reason that she gave me was that “some people say their voucher got lost but after a few months someone appears with the voucher to use it” (wich would be cheaters). My situation is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT, I was a victim of robbery and I have the Police report, which is a legal document, to proove it. The response that I’ve got from Beauty lounge is not professional at all. I should not pay the price for people (cheaters) who is falsely reporting their “lost’ vouchers. I’ve been a victim of a crime (with written proof). You cannot take both situations as the same, you should not apply the same policy for such a different (opposite) cases/people. It is Not ethical, nor professional. I would not recommend this place. Read Less

The service is the worst I have ever had in my life, and let me add that the first time I thought it was just the girl giving me a manicure. I went back twice more, once for a pedicure and another time for a gel manicure. EACH AND EVERY TIME THE SERVICE WAS DISGUSTING. Nobody talks to you, they don't offer you a drink of coffee/tea, etc, and when I asked for a glass of water as it was a hot day, I was REFUSED! Also, the prices may be a bit lower than in the mall or another salon, but trust me, pay a few £s more and get some service and a better mani/pedi or other!!. Read Less

Would give it less than 1 star if possible. Went in with a friend who got acrylics put on - not only were they all uneven and different lengths, a few were crooked as well. I had a gel mani/pedi, and my feet are now rougher than when I went in. They didn't touch my cuticles at all on my hands, and the shaping was so bad on my nails I had to ask for the file to round the edges off myself.
They don't clean their tools, or sharpen them, and it took us 2 hours to be finished because they kept taking on new people and changing roles. In the end I had 4 different people working on me.
Painful and unhygienic. Avoid. Read Less

Also I was not shown the colour on my nails until they were done and she had put the polish on in blobs, looks very bad . It was not the colour I asked for. I had asked for square shaped nails and received all sorts of angles and lengths. They didn't do anything for my cuticles either, very messy.There was also a very obvious rough edge that they refused to fix. Lastly, very understaffed and unprofessional, staff all seem moody too. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced - dismissive, bitter and down right rude. After asking for 2 treatments 5 times, I was then given the wrong treatment and refused another, then when I questioned the fact that they had poor communication skills and I've now paid good money to be given the wrong treatment and refused another - I was made to wait a good 30 minutes while the manager faffed around making sure her nail varnishes were all facing forward and in a nice neat line until she finally approached me and I was told that 'it was my responsibility to pull her staff up on it' even though I was unaware of their mistake in the first place to have been able to pull them up. I was then refused the treatment I asked for or any sort of refund, talked down to and ignored.All in all i can say it was the worst experience I have had in a nail bar/beauty lounge - I would thoroughly recommend you take your money elsewhere, even if you treatment is actually correct it's not worth the late timings, tacky surroundings and atrocious customer service skills - I say this as someone who does not normally kick up a fuss. Basically they redeemed my Groupon voucher, but never gave me the treatment!! I bought a Groupon voucher for two treatments in this salon. I made an appointment for 15:00 and already on my way to the salon I got a text at 14:56 telling me that my appointment was cancelled due to illness of a member of staff. Obviously, I didn't see this text until I got in the salon and I was told that as my voucher was expiring few weeks later and the salon couldn't reschedule my appointment before the expiry date, the best option was to give them the voucher, so they could redeem it and I could have the appointment on a convenient day. I didn't think much of it, but I made another appointment a couple of weeks later and when I got to the salon there was no note on the appointment to indicate that the voucher was already redeemed and no one seems to have a recollection of what happened!! So my appointment was cancelled again. They made me feel very uncomfortable. Although I contacted them on different occasions (email and text) to solve this issue, they have just ignored me! By the way the salon also looks tacky and cheap and I wouldn't have bought the voucher if I had seen it first. Read Less
