My favourite place for a manicure and pedicure by far! They always fit me in and do an amazing job. The massage chairs are so comfy and they really do a proper thorough job on your hands and feet, I always come away feeling like I've had value for money. My nails are in much better condition now thanks to their care. I'm Vegan and they are always happy to use my own colour that I bring along with me as well which is great. Rip off and rude! I went with my daughter for a Christmas treat and they charged an extra £3 on top of the £6 I had already paid for her file and polish to draw a couple of white lines on 4 of her nails. So £9 for a 5 year old to have a bit of nail polish. I live in London and I've never paid that much for a file and polish for me! I was really disappointed with the quality and the service. We had paid upfront and then they demanded more money for drawing a couple of white lines on my daughter's thumb and ring finger.
