Very unimpressed with my nails. Within a week they looked awful. Varnish was chipped and acrylics were already coming off. Would not recommend.

Usually good but depends who you get. If you get one of the guys who don't usually work there, watch out cos he filed the sides of my nails until they bled and my nails were done so poorly. All blotch...
Usually good but depends who you get. If you get one of the guys who don't usually work there, watch out cos he filed the sides of my nails until they bled and my nails were done so poorly. All blotches and bumps at the edges!
Changing my review to 1 star - Kept going back because it's easy to get to and not terrible but went last week and my nails were done the worst yet. I've had 2 fall off in a week of having them done (and that's because my infills weren't done properly on already loose nails from beforehand)

Don’t even want to put one star on this the woman completely botched my friends nails, she was getting gel infills and 3 replaced the ones that the woman put on stuck up at a 45 degree angle therefore...
Don’t even want to put one star on this the woman completely botched my friends nails, she was getting gel infills and 3 replaced the ones that the woman put on stuck up at a 45 degree angle therefore hurting my friend, my friend brought a picture to show the shorter length she wanted and the shape and the woman completely ignored and made them short and round instead and then added a plain nail polish on top (friend asked for gel) went back an hour later to get them fixed and the woman wouldn’t take ownership for her work or fix, instead she only offer to put on the correct polish for an extra £10. A first week beauty student could have done better... never going back again. Also the woman sat picking her teeth while my friend went to wash her hands and kept answering the phone the whole time. Other technicians there could be good but she was very unprofessional.

Don’t even want to put one star on this the woman completely botched my friends nails, she was getting gel infills and 3 replaced the ones that the woman put on stuck up at a 45 degree angle therefore hurting my friend, my friend brought a picture to show the shorter length she wanted and the shape and the woman completely ignored and made them short and round instead and then added a plain nail polish on top (friend asked for gel) went back an hour later to get them fixed and the woman wouldn’t take ownership for her work or fix, instead she only offer to put on the correct polish for an extra £10.
