I get shellac done whenever I go and they always do a great job! Looks fab and stays on a good 3 weeks. They're really friendly and welcoming and everything is a really reasonable price (probably a lot cheaper than you'd get anywhere else!). I got my nails done and a design on top.The lady done my nails and she did it very nicely.She was polite and also all the staff were polite.One member of the staff asked me if i wanted a cup of tea and i said yes so that was kind of them.It was very busy,the lady asked if i wanted a Shellac to keep the nails on for 3 weeks permanently so it does not come off quickly so i said yes although it was a bit deer but it is worth having it on it saves you time putting the nail vanish on all the time and to put a design on it.Im glad she told me this because i had no idea that they were doing permanent nails as-well.Thats excellent customer service. Last time my nails were done by a young lady called Lucy ( I suspect that's not her real name), nails were fine but felt a bit rushed and she seemed preoccupied with her fellow workmates. I will go again as I have heard good things about the other staff, but will avoid Lucy in future. Read Less
