Have been going for over a year. Only use the dip not acrylics so I can't speak for acrylics. Steven always does my nails and does a great job. My nails last up to 4 weeks and look great at the 4 week mark. I can only speak from my experiences and they are great. If I break a nail he never charges to fix. And I only break a nail because of my roughness not his lack of work. Read Less

I went today with a friend (she got acrylics and I had my natural nails-- which are very very long-- done) and I have never had my nails come out this badly before in my life. My long nails are now so brittle that I have to completely cut them off and start again, the man didn't do anything I asked for, he didn't even cut my nails to even them out (as some had broken), and when I accidently made a mark in my thumb nail (even though it SHOULD HAVE been dry) one of the girls slopped on more polish and I've been told it looks like a two year old got ahold of my nail. My friend's acrylics came out crooked, uneven/misshapen, and didn't even dry by the time he basically told us to get out. I will NEVER be going back there again. I'd give them zero stars if I could. I came early on Valentine's day when they opened. They said they had time and started my nails. There was only one employee in. One more employee strolled in as the first started my nails. He insisted that play doh under my nails was yellowing/mold and I needed a new set. I kept informing him it was just play doh but no no. I don't know anything. First mistake. As more customers came in they took more and more and left us waiting under the dryers when we didn't need to, for t...oo long, while they made more money starting others' nails just to throw them under the dryers. A few of us finally got frustrated with this and spoke up. They finished my nails, charged me $50, didn't do a nice design, rushed through them, totally uneven and different shapes and very sloppy. He promised if I came back he'd "fix them." Implying he already knew he did a shit job but charging me anyway. They made me real nails so thin, then put brittle acrylics on. My nails are always done. Never have my nails cracked or split before. Within two days my thumb nail split, and cracked. I went in the following weekend and they said they were too busy to fix them and the woman told me I should have come back the next day- not a week later. (Sorry I work all week? Maybe should have done them right the first time?) Well a couple days later my pinky nail split down the middle, breaking my actual nail, and making me bleed like crazy. I decided to try this place out since ive seen some good reviews, definitely pleasantly suprised! Ive been looking for a place that knows how to do the almond shape correctly..finally got the perfect almond shape and steven was great ,he took the time out to really talk about the shapes and took his time shaping them ...my new favorite place! Getting ready to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau and send a 30-day demand letter for the fraud this place practices. Not only was I charged $45 for a supposed full-set of gel nails, the outcome looked as if a 3-year-old did it. Furthermore, my regular cosmetologist informed me that the "gel" wasn't gel but actually was acrylic. Even after complaining to the supposed nail expert there - she had glop spilling off my nails - she said it was "acceptable" and that she had been doing nails for years. Do NOT go to this place if you want quality artificial nails. It's a rip off. A fraud and a sham. Read Less
