Christina is amazing at acrylic nails. She's a perfectionist! They last well and grow down without chipping. Dua is amazing at waxing, she's very quick and gets a very clean, smooth result with minimal pain. The girls are very friendly and always offer me a drink and ask how I am. Even when they are busy they always try to fit me in. Both Christina and Dua have stayed later with me after closing time to finish my treatments. Used to be a fab salon & couldn't fault there treatments. went in today & noticed they have sinced changed there staff. I was welcomed by a lady doing a pedi which bluntly said 'what do you want', i was after a pedi & acrylics to which they told me they dont have time so they will just do a paint, didnt stay & wont be returning have never been to a salon with such poor and rude customer service. Used to be such a nice salon, last year i had a eyebrow pedi and acrylic treatment where they were so welcoming & done a smashing job, no word of a lie my colour on toes never chipped and grew out flawlessly with my nails, brows were perfect and acrylics were fab too! Today however i walked into to be welcome with "what do you want' then completely ignored until the next lady asked the same question. It is a nice glam salon but has gone extremely down hill over the past few months with damn right rude customer service & staff, for this reason i will not be returning, it takes nothing to be polite to your costumers, i can not say i stayed to see what the treatment results are like now & dont wish to find out. I came in for a lash and brow tint. I have white blonde hair and asked for light ash brown brows, what I left with were BLACK brows. When I said they were too dark I was told to go home and scrub them with soap... My lashes look good however a lot of tint got into my eyes as the lady doing the tint had NO idea how to safely remove it. I was also left 3 times mid treatment due to the lady answering her phone, hardly the relaxing experience you expect when paying £18 for a lash and brow tint. The general atmosphere was like no brow/nail bar I've experienced before, with no warm greeting or drink being offered. I will never stray from Villa nails in Chalfont again (where I only couldn't go as they were fully booked). Read Less

Turned up to this salon to have Shellac and Pedicure. Have been here a few times before and have to say the greeting you get is at best luke warm! Very rushed mani/pedi and only lasted a week! The staff seem so miserable there! Such a shame. Read Less
