Overall not a terrible experience. Prices were reasonable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating trying to entertain another customer's very young child. I felt they were a little disorganized with the process for my pedicure. I was told to wait even though there were 3 chairs. Watched them quickly clean it then sat me there. After my pedicure I was asked to switch chairs so they could paint my toes. My nail tech however focused on cleaning the chair I was just in before painting my toes. When I was sat at the drying station, I couldn't feel the air moving from the fan.

Sue has been doing my nails for 14years I love her!! She's great!!! I would never let anyone else even touch my nails!!! The salon is clean and everyone is so nice !! It's always busy but that's because they are all great nail artists. I recommend everyone there!!! After reading some reviews I just have to mention that anytime anywhere you go salon, Doctor,ect you always wait so for those of you complaining on waiting remember all it takes is for one person to be late to set your day back. So it's not their fault if they are running late and sometimes ppl change their minds on what service they want which will also make them run behind. Just saying !!

I have been going to Suzy's salon for way over 5 years. I will never go anywhere else. My nails always come out perfect! I have never had any problems and my nails don't chip. Sue is the best! I can't believe some of these reviews. Sue is NOT rude at all. The salon is always busy....if she was so rude, no one would go there. I was there last week and overheard someone say their nails chipped after one day....um sorry that's not the salon's fault. Clearly you must of done something to make your nails chip....but Sue fixed her nails...and didn't even charge her! I really can't believe people these days! It's a great salon!

I got great service the first few times, but had to wait even with an appointment. Suzy is very rude to customers and seems very put out. My past 2 manicures were not good. My pink and whites chipped after 24 hrs, and she told me it was something I did, filed them shorter put more white and shellac over them and told me if they chip again, nothing she can do. What does she think I do, claw the ground? Also she did I was very hard to work on and I talk too much! Nice, huh! Great customer service. The rest of the staff seems nice though! Had enough. Having nails done should not be this stressful!

Overall not a terrible experience. Prices were reasonable, the staff were very friendly and accommodating trying to entertain another customer's very young child. I felt they were a little disorganized with the process for my pedicure. I was told to wait even though there were 3 chairs. Watched them quickly clean it then sat me there. I got great service the first few times, but had to wait even with an appointment. Suzy is very rude to customers and seems very put out. My past 2 manicures were not good. My pink and whites chipped after 24 hrs, and she told me it was something I did, filed them shorter put more white and shellac over them and told me if they chip again, nothing she can do. What does she think I do, claw the ground? Also she did I was very hard to work on and I talk too much! Nice, huh! Great customer service. The rest of the staff seems nice though! Had enough. Having nails done should not be this stressful!
