Very disgusted by the quality! My friend got her nails done here and a few days later the were coming off! They had refused us a refund for the nails and have also refused a do over! The attuitude towards us is disgusting they didn’t understand what we meant when we asked for the refund they basically just told us to leave and come back when the manager is in. We have asked for them to contact their manager and they all started talking in their language and it was clear they were talking about us! It’s disgusting! I will be perusing this further due the way they have treated us as customers! They had called us liars etc! Very unhappy and will never come here! I recommend no one else to go here! Disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusted with top nails. I am currently sat inside the shop demanding a refund as within a few days my nails had started coming off. A lady has spoken to us and has been extremely rude telling me I have to pay for infills. Would never come back here

Took my wife to this shop... to take off tips, and just shelac them. To be very honest very very poor manicure.. shelac was chipping in 2 days nails were uneven. I would recommend using self employed ...
Took my wife to this shop... to take off tips, and just shelac them. To be very honest very very poor manicure.. shelac was chipping in 2 days nails were uneven. I would recommend using self employed people from Poland and eastern Europe to do nails never local OR from Asia unfortunately experience showed that people in these type of nail shops and manicure so called saloons cannot give a quality service. A quality manicure is done in at least 2-3 hours AT LEAST... 50 min is not manicure. And services that a good quality professional offers are NEVER available in these kind of shops.

My experience has been very varied. Once I asked for CHROME and got a completely different colour! It's taken so long, I didn't have time to redo them. But most recently I had 'holiday nails' by a lady who clearly had no idea what she way doing. Once finished I was told to go pay, I said that usually I had some top coat on top of the final finish. She smeared on some cuticle oil - hmmm. So I asked if I could wash my hands. Once my hands were washed, I saw that I'd washed all of the expensive CHROME powder off - she hadn't set them! 1 day later, my thumb had peeled off and all of them look scruffy around the edges. I was asked what shape i wanted them - i said round, she honed them to spikey almonds. Now they look like old lady scruffy nails. My holiday nails are ugly. All this for £40 !

My experience at top nails was unexceptional. Firstly i had to wait over half an hour even though people who was coming in after me got to go before me. Secondly the lady who was painting my nails kept coughing in my face. Everyone else had masks on but she didnt even stop to put her hand over her mouth. The person doing my nails was obviously rushing on me beacuse the sides of my nails had no nail polish on my nails. While drying small bubbles were appearing in a few of my nails. My nails were also smudged by the lady putting my hand on the dryer. After 10 minutes of coming out the shop my nails were very cracked and had so many smudges and after all if this i still had to pay. This is very unexceptional and i will probably not being going back to Top nails.

Very disgusted by the quality! My friend got her nails done here and a few days later the were coming off! They had refused us a refund for the nails and have also refused a do over! The attuitude towards us is disgusting they didn’t understand what we meant when we asked for the refund they basically just told us to leave and come back when the manager is in. We have asked for them to contact their manager and they all started talking in their language and it was clear they were talking about us! It’s disgusting! Took my wife to this shop... to take off tips, and just shelac them. To be very honest very very poor manicure.. shelac was chipping in 2 days nails were uneven. I would recommend using self employed people from Poland and eastern Europe to do nails never local OR from Asia unfortunately experience showed that people in these type of nail shops and manicure so called saloons cannot give a quality service. My experience at top nails was unexceptional. Firstly i had to wait over half an hour even though people who was coming in after me got to go before me. Secondly the lady who was painting my nails kept coughing in my face. Everyone else had masks on but she didnt even stop to put her hand over her mouth.
